Service is okay. I had high expectations with it being a Starbucks, but I’ve found I have to explain how to make my drink (what I find to be a simple request) every time I go. It’s a grande caramel mocha frapp with just caramel drizzle on top. Nothing special. The sugar cookie almond latte I was recommended my the worker Cynthia was so good and is now one of my favorite drinks everyone should have one made by her I will never be the same again it was so scrumptious
