Last time I reviewed this place, it was so so. Now, they have revamped and seems like they hired good workers. All was great. Service was great. Food is fast food, so it is ok. Still WAY better than McDonald's next door. My rating given to this is now higher than 5 years ago.

This was one of the worst experiences at this place. there was a woman working she was very nice and was doing a good job .but the person that was upper management was not very nice and was pretty rude

Still about an hour wait in the drive-through at dinner time, but staff has always been friendly. Not as fast as Wendy’s, but consistently much better (food quality, price, respectfulness) than McDonalds next door.

The challupa shells were so so hard you couldn't bite them. I ordered with no tomato and they were full of tomatoes. Ordered a large strawberry freeze to which I never received. It is pretty obvious that reading skills are severely lacking. When I took the copy of my order up after I was done picking through what I could eat, and showed them I ordered the strawberry freeze, the kid said yeah I don't know anything about that. Those self serve kiosks have turned the staff into worthless employees. Don't have to read, don't have care. Just throw some food out and walk away. Step it up or move it out.Parking: The way the drive thru is dine in customers get blocked in and can't leave.

Not the type to ever complain about fast food because been there done that, I get it. But wow, over an hour wait for 2 meals. All while waiting for it, DoorDash orders backed up but not on the pickup rack (just jumbled all together on the counter) so doordashers were rightfully very annoyed/upset. Extremely slow and doing just about everything else other than trying to get orders out. Truly rediculous

If you go thru the drive thru might as well park and take your receipt inside cause your gonna be missing things. Every single time we’ve been there the past couple of months we don’t get half our order.
If ur in no hurry to get any where it's not bad but there is no expediency to their making orders.

As we get to the window, the employee is in the middle of taking a bite of her taco and a sip of her drink. Talks to us with her mouth full. Takes our card, hands us our drink, tells us food will be out shortly. Goes back to eating/drinking. Not once washing her hands. Takes an order then checks the contents of our food in the bag to ensure it’s all there. Absolutely insane. There is a break room at the back. Food should be there. I don’t understand why things aren’t changing here.
