Still about an hour wait in the drive-through at dinner time, but staff has always been friendly. Not as fast as Wendy’s, but consistently much better (food quality, price, respectfulness) than McDonalds next door.
As we get to the window, the employee is in the middle of taking a bite of her taco and a sip of her drink. Talks to us with her mouth full. Takes our card, hands us our drink, tells us food will be out shortly. Goes back to eating/drinking. Not once washing her hands. Takes an order then checks the contents of our food in the bag to ensure it’s all there. Absolutely insane. There is a break room at the back. Food should be there. Last time I reviewed this place, it was so so. Now, they have revamped and seems like they hired good workers. All was great. Service was great. Food is fast food, so it is ok. Still WAY better than McDonald's next door. My rating given to this is now higher than 5 years ago.
