“Fast service and great flavor!“

“Our group of nine had a great meal and a good time at Cadillac Jack’s tonight. We had a superior waitress, Destiny, who ran her little toes off, taking care of us and we appreciated her upbeat attitude. Our food was delicious. Wish I had gotten pictures of all of it, but we dove right in so quickly when all arrived that I missed most photos. My sirloin steak was large and thick and cooked perfectly. Others had prime rib, ribeyes, and more. I loved the loaded baby potatoes as a side. The hummus and the bread plate were delicious. I could’ve done without the escargot, but others enjoyed it. I would like to have been able to order another basket of just bread and delicious rolls with lots of butter. The new chef was busting his tail and could probably use another assistant, but our wait was minor. We will definitely return to Cadillac Jacks!“

“I ordered through the app for the first time from just down the street, and the food was ready by the time we arrived. While waiting for one of the drinks, I noticed we received a medium cup instead of a large. The staff member behind the counter was friendly and quickly corrected the mistake, ensuring our entire order was accurate. He was multitasking, helping at the window and cleaning the kitchen at the same time—definitely hustling.

Inside the restaurant, it was quiet; we were the only customers for about five minutes, while the drive-thru was busy. The kitchen floor was a bit messy, and the dining area had dirty tables and floors. However, it was after the lunch rush and only two employees were on duty. Considering they were short-staffed and juggling walk-ins, drive-thru, and app orders, I think they handled it well, and customers seemed satisfied with the service.“
