Despite the initial inconvenience of being seated at an undesirable table, I was willing to overlook it. However, the subsequent events were entirely unacceptable. After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I urge management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and creates a hostile environment for both customers and staff.“

“Today, Marco's went above and beyond the call of duty. My pizza completely upended on my way home to feed my kiddos. I called them to get another one made. My vehicle wouldn't move due to the recent amount of snow we recently received. I called them back to notify them that I couldn't make it due to my vehicle being stuck in the snow. These amazing people brought me a whole new pizza. This is why I always go with Marco's for my pizza. I love them, and they're amazing customer service. Thank yall so much for everything!!! “We ordered take out with curbside pickup. The service was fast and the pizza was very good. We also got the chicken Bacon ranch bites which were amazing. This was our first time trying them and we are addicted to them now. You have to go try them, you won't be disappointed.“

“One night, around 10pm I order a small, garlic parmesan, thin crust pizza with mushrooms and extra cheese. The slices were almost bite size and they were super crispy. It was like I'd never had pizza before! 30 mins later I ordered another one and It wasn't the same..4 days later I used a get 2 Med free pizza (coupon) and I got charged for it. The pizzas were cold too.“

“I ordered on my app and went to pick up last night, 12/9/22 around 6pm from your location in Manhattan, KS, (66502). When I arrived, my order wasn't ready and there was a backed up line of customers who were also being made to wait because their orders weren't ready. It was explained that there was an unexpected unusually large order ahead of mine and that they were running behind. I am writing because the woman running the front counter needs recognition. I am telling you right now, she was a ROCKSTAR. Although the store was full of waiting, inconvenienced people, she made sure to continually check in with each one and give them updates on their order. She made small talk, chatting, offering alternative options to the ones in a hurry. She was smiling and friendly the entire time. This is what struck me about her. Someone working in the food industry, on an unusually busy weekend evening, was able to manage an entire room of frustrated customers. She exhibited nothing but calm, patience, and understanding. And seemed HAPPY to be working. It is very rare nowadays to find this kind of service in a take-out pizza joint. I'm telling you that NOT ONE customer who walked in there left appearing less than completely pleased. I am very disappointed that I didn't get her name before I walked out with my order. I'm hoping you can get that information from the manager, and I really hope that this worker will get recognized for the complete asset she is to your company. “i didn’t have money for a tip but i ordered 10 minutes before close and the guy was very sweet. made my wings even though they already closed the fryers and even made my pizza after already closing everything. he was super friendly and didn’t make us feel bad for our delayed order.“

“I love me some Domino’s. This particular one is my go to store. I live about two or three minutes away. I always go for the Parmesan Garlic sauce, and by far my crust is the pan pizza. Today I went with a five topping special! Inside the door always is clean and with ordering in the app my pickup is quick. The pizza was great, I added three packets of chili flakes along with the mango habanero sauce, awesome flavor!“
