Despite the initial inconvenience of being seated at an undesirable table, I was willing to overlook it. However, the subsequent events were entirely unacceptable. After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I urge management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and creates a hostile environment for both customers and staff.“

“Today, Marco's went above and beyond the call of duty. My pizza completely upended on my way home to feed my kiddos. I called them to get another one made. My vehicle wouldn't move due to the recent amount of snow we recently received. I called them back to notify them that I couldn't make it due to my vehicle being stuck in the snow. These amazing people brought me a whole new pizza. This is why I always go with Marco's for my pizza. I love them, and they're amazing customer service. Thank yall so much for everything!!! “Our initial order lacked sauce on the chicken, burnt pizza and the Parmesan bites were bland. They took care of everything but the bites and remade the order with no problem. Our reorder was much better and we appreciate the customer service.“

“We ordered take out with curbside pickup. The service was fast and the pizza was very good. We also got the chicken Bacon ranch bites which were amazing. This was our first time trying them and we are addicted to them now. You have to go try them, you won't be disappointed.“

“I ordered on my app and went to pick up last night, 12/9/22 around 6pm from your location in Manhattan, KS, (66502). When I arrived, my order wasn't ready and there was a backed up line of customers who were also being made to wait because their orders weren't ready. It was explained that there was an unexpected unusually large order ahead of mine and that they were running behind. I am writing because the woman running the front counter needs recognition. I am telling you right now, she was a ROCKSTAR. Although the store was full of waiting, inconvenienced people, she made sure to continually check in with each one and give them updates on their order. She made small talk, chatting, offering alternative options to the ones in a hurry. She was smiling and friendly the entire time. This is what struck me about her. Someone working in the food industry, on an unusually busy weekend evening, was able to manage an entire room of frustrated customers. She exhibited nothing but calm, patience, and understanding. And seemed HAPPY to be working. It is very rare nowadays to find this kind of service in a take-out pizza joint. I'm telling you that NOT ONE customer who walked in there left appearing less than completely pleased. I am very disappointed that I didn't get her name before I walked out with my order. I'm hoping you can get that information from the manager, and I really hope that this worker will get recognized for the complete asset she is to your company. If it helps to figure out who she is, my order number was 775.“

“The people I talked to were very kind yesterday. They made me laugh a lot and gave great opinions. The food was made well and was done pretty fast. I will definitely be going back to this one. There was one dark-haired lady with glasses on her phone not saying a word as if she didn't want to be there, but even she didn't ruin the vibes the other two people were giving.“

“Today they rolled out the $2 personal pan pizza deal and it blew up on Facebook, which then the two stores in town were super busy. I ordered three personal pan pizzas and used my rewards for free breadsticks and was quoted 30 minutes, so when I went to pick up, they were slammed and told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before they actually got to my food, they explained that the app had crashed earlier and it wasn't giving accurate times.

One of the workers came up to me and was trying to figure out how to issue a refund because I needed to get to my movie that started in 15 minutes at this point, I said hey could I just come back after the movie and pick up our order then and he said that would be wonderful and helped them a lot. I returned after the movie and they were sold out of personal pan pizzas at that point, but they still made us pizza and made everything right with us.

They were very kind during the chaos. They were also very kind and very professional and willing to help me when I returned, and I truly appreciate that. My kids said the pizza was fresh and hot and very good and they were very happy to still get their pizza tonight! Thank you for great customer service!“
