Try to go to this one every once in a while since it’s closer to my work but unfortunately the service is just subpar compared to other 7brews. If you want a great one take the drive out to metcalf.
Watched my drink sit on the counter for 3 minutes while the girl that was supposed to be in my lane went to the car behind me and chatted until the employee from the other lane had to go in and grab my drink. Between things like this or continuously messing up orders it’s just no longer worth it to come to this one.

I’m confused. Why do they make the line go so fast if they just give burnt espresso shots? What do I have to say to get not burnt espresso? Is there a phrase? I know they pull the shots and just sit them on the bar.
Second, they will do anything to make the line go fast at the expense of the customers happiness. I’ve watched them talk over my mom in a rush to end the transaction every single time I’ve come. And when I ask for a second to read the flavor menu and decide, they try to force me into a recommendation. Barista to barista, I recommend everyone take a deep breath and remember you are impacting each customer. Share some kindness, take actual care when making an order. It’s a shame how easily you throw customer service and basic etiquette out the window to speed up a line.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless u like really, really rude workers, coffee that tastes like melted ice cubes and just poor everything for a coffee chain. I could literally coast down the hill from my apartment to 7 Brew, but I drive out of my way to go to Dutch Bros instead. DUTCH BROS FOR THE WIN INSTEAD! (FYI - Dutch Bros is located by Menards in Olathe)

It's close to my work. I always show up just after 5:30am , but this is the 4th time they were not open on time. And the employee just told me her shift lead isn't here yet and they can't open yet... I ended up leaving after 20 minutes of waiting. It was about 5:51 a.m.

I love going to 7 brew. I go all the time, some would even say too much. But last night I showed up at 9:20, which I know is 40 min before close but there was only one car. I pulled right up to the door so they wouldn’t have to walk out, since it was below freezing. My total was $13.86, I handed the girl a $20 bill, she handed me back a $5 and a $1. I was waiting for the rest of my change when she left to take another order. I figured I’d wait for my drinks then ask. I got my drinks and asked about my 14¢, and was told they no longer accept pennies and now round to the nearest DOLLAR. That’s insane. I knew they rounded to the nearest 5¢ as of a couple weeks ago, but now taking an extra dime from the customer is too much. There is not a natural penny shortage, it was created by the banks who are refusing to give or receive pennies to business. The penny is still worth 1¢, and they will all be around for my lifetime. It’s absurd, I’m contemplating being a Dutch Bros person soon.

7 Brew did not disappoint! The staff here are incredible – specifically Meila! She was so friendly and welcoming, she even complimented my outfit and offered the perfect drink to try, it turned my whole week around!
It was our first time here and Mila was very helpful and patient with us and also gave us suggestions to drinks.

The girl who took my order was Meila and she was so positive and helpful. I got a hot sugar free brunette, thanks to Meila’s recommendation! I will be back! Also, the music was pretty fun to jam out to after a long day at work!
