This was my first time trying 7brew and it did not disappoint!! The two ladies who serviced me were absolutely the sweetest!! I told one of the ladies that it was my friend’s wedding month and I wanted to surprise her with a drink. When she brought the drinks out, she had written “happy wedding month” on the cups and it was the absolute cherry on top!!! I wish I would have gotten your name, but thank you so much for making my friend’s wedding month so much more special!! <3 and the drinks were amazing as well!!

I’ve never had an issue with this location until recently. Customer service has gone downhill, the employees don’t seem happy to be there. Drinks have always turned out okay, until today.
Today I ordered a small and medium coffee, the medium was incorrect size and drink. They gladly remade it after I told them the correct order. As I was putting my straw in the small drink, I noticed a long hair stuck in the coffee/lid. (See photo) My appetite was suddenly gone..I asked them to remake it. I hope they used a different cup and lid for the new drink. The two employees helping, acted annoyed and didn’t apologize for the unsanitary inconvenience. I will probably not be back for a while. I hope others don’t have this experience.

They don't sell coffee. They sell syrups that taste like coffee. They may offer a good Deal but the flavors are not impressive. Plus their Frappuccino is premade. Nah!

idea to love going here, but the service has been rough lately. Wrong drink orders, today the young man taking our order was unkind, impatient, and didn’t enter the drink order correctly because our drink was wrong. I’ll be switching. Staff has been less than kind lately. (9/23/25)

My family absolutely loves this place!!! Every person we have talked too has been super nice. There has been a couple of times where I have ordered a large and got a medium instead. It happened to be rung in wrong but thats okay.

I absolutely love 7 Brew! I make the 25 to 30 min drive sometimes during the week just to get coffee from here! Staff is always super friendly and my drink is always made just right each time. I just wish I had a 7 Brew closer.. maybe someday!

The drinks here have no flavor, they didn’t add the right amount of syrup and when we asked them to add more they gave us the same drink🥲and we have photo evidence.
This location has been hit or miss for me. The staff is always friendly and I love that they have sf brown sugar cinnamon syrup as an option. However, I’ve been before when service is quick and the staff takes note of what I’ve previously ordered (decaf, half sweet, etc) which I really appreciate. But then there are times like my most recent visit; when they mess up my order, I pay for a larger drink than I got/wanted and despite there only being a few cars in front of me, I wait 20 minutes for it. Not to mention, I’m pretty sure based on taste, they forgot to add the syrup all together. I’m not sure if this was a one off or not bc I don’t frequent often, but it definitely put a sour taste in my mouth.

This place is so good! Open late! The girls are always nice and the service fast. I like to sit outside in the chair provided enjoying my coffee and listening to their music. Its very pleasant here. Highly recommend!

Love this place but tip, never take the outside drive. This is probably the 5th time I've watched the inside drive thru empty twice as fast as the outer. Its strange but it has happened everytime I go here.
