I love Andy’s Frozen Custard. The flavor, the variety of choices, and the always friendly service keep me coming back. My only frustration is portion sizes. Sometimes I just want a smaller treat, like a kid sized concrete or a mini malt, but the options are basically regular or large. It would be great to have more small or children’s size options for those times when you want the amazing Andy’s flavor without committing to a big serving.

I don’t normally write reviews, but today absolutely deserves one. The young girl working the drive-thru this early afternoon was wonderful she was polite, kind, and attentive. She even asked how my day was going, which made the experience feel so personal and genuine.
There was also a young man working alongside her who was just as pleasant and professional. I really appreciated both of their great customer service. Also my two medium cherry pie concretes were delicious! 🍒🍦 I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to both the sweet young woman and young man for your hard work it didn’t go unnoticed!
My wife and I waited all weekend to go in last night to get hot fudge sundaes. I got mine with extra pecans. Sat down and began enjoying it and realized that there was no hot fudge in the hot fudge sundae. Dug down a little more and still didn’t find any. Went to the window And asked the sales person and they said sometimes you have to dig down further. I dug all the way to the bottom and never found hot fudge. I asked them could I just have some hot fudge to put on this and they said oh we can’t do that we’d have to make you a whole new one. Well, I didn’t need a whole new one. What was I gonna do? Eat a few bites of it and throw it away? Very sad.
