Great atmosphere, great hours, not common to have a coffee shop blended into a restaurant to be open until 9pm. Got my coffee fix as am in Olathe for 7 nights on a love story (long story) mission from VA to give moral support to my boyfriend M Dz*****z who is going through a lot. But this is ode to Olathe for having men who truly know how to love, am grateful for your values not found mostly everywhere. Am digressing but good to tell of my disposition when I came to Apogee looking for a good vanilla latte to ease my sadness. The staff was very friendly and walked the latte to hand to me, service a 5 for sure.
Ambiance is a 4, different folks come for different reasons - mingling, pizza late night, parents waiting for their kids, then an adjacent open area leading to the sports (?) complex next door that had rock climbing apparatus. Semi chaotic ambiance, can’t even pinpoint whether it’s touristy or divey or romantic!?? Thank you Kansas for your warm welcome, neat business concept!

Great little spot! The coffee was good and the pizza was 🔥. I got the pineapple jalapeno bacon one and I was very happy with my choice. The service was fast and friendly and it had a cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try more pizza and grab another coffee.

I’ve been climbing at ROKC for about 3 years and enjoying the food and drinks at apogee for just as long. I think I’ve tried just about everything on the menu at some point, and it’s all great. I’m a sucker for just their plain old drip coffee, Hammerhand roasts some killer beans. The pizza is phenomenal, and they do one of the better coffee shop breakfast burritos. Their beer list is always good. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.
Great outdoor seating area, upgraded interior and good food. Service here is excellent and helpful with good attitudes.

Love this place. Great bartenders/servers-Geoff and Brandon. Was there with my wife. Salad. Pizza. Great cocktails and a beer I never tried before. Great service. Great food. Located in the same building as RoKC. Awesome place. Small outdoor area, bar, tables. Will be back!

Came in with my wife today. Just love this small gem. It is in the same building as RoKC in Olathe. Two guys behind the bar were very helpful and accommodating for my wife who likes things a certain way. Kudos to Geoff (sp.?) and Brandon. Menu is not huge, but awesome! We had salad and pizza. Excellent. Top 5 pizza in my opinion (Kansas City area). I’ll try the breakfast/brunch sometime soon. Beer I never had before was good.
The new staff ring you up and never check on you again. They think ringing you up at the register covers their tip. In fact, they do nothing to deserve a tip. They are truly losers. Fire these people or train them on customer service.

The pizza was fantastic and a good size to have leftovers too! Fun atmosphere, but a little loud with it being attached to the Rock climbing place next door. We were still able to have an engaging convo though. Looking forward to trying one of their mixed drinks next time!

I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this because it was that good of an experience. Mallory behind the bar was one of the friendliest people i’ve met at an establishment. She was so personable, attentive, and NICE!! Definitely one of the main reasons i will be back. With that, there was plenty of open seating and the food was seriously incredible. As a vegetarian I can only try a few things but i’m not completely limited. I only have 2 complaints-1) I couldn’t order and get rid of the mushrooms off of my veggie breakfast burrito because they’re mixed in (i just picked them out.. picky… not allergic) 2) They only serve mimosas on Sunday!! (more of a bummer than a complaint). I will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend!!!!
