Piss poor service. Driver through and counter persons rude and took a friends order but not mine while she catered to drive through and they don't even speak
I went here a couple of times before. The last time I went was 40 minutes before I started typing this review.
One specific cashier isn’t friendly, at all. She’s always like that. I always ask for “a lot of ketchup” and there’s always three packets in my bag. She never smiles, or says anything than the bare minimum.
Before I drove off I knocked on the window to ask for more ketchup. When she opened the window she said “what?”, I asked for more ketchup packets. She didn’t respond and handed me more ketchup packets that almost fell out of my hand, because she wasn’t looking when she let them go.
Usually those two are the only problems. Today I ordered my usual stuff and when I drove off I put my hand in the bag to grab a fry.
The fries were cold. I pulled into a parking lot and checked the other food. The sandwich was room temperature but the cheese was melted. The Anjou sauce was room temperature as well and leaking outside of the container.
Very unhappy after multiple not good experiences. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this specific restaurant to anyone

I get a Turkey and Swiss meal but the last two times they gave me a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese and bacon instead. They even put ranch on my sandwich today even though extra mayo was asked for. Not extremely happy because my aunt brings it to me and I only have so long on my break so I can't do anything about it. Please do better

Fast service and fresh food was great and nice ppl!!
Nice but play with fries and late times for specials and savings are not enough to go by late. Overall I like Arby's pretty much go many times but cheese is a little light and sometimes the sandwiches seem left over with a fresh one at the same time.

The man taking all the orders in the front was quick, nice, and very easy to communicate with. Not sure if he was the manager but he did a very good job and was helping tell the people in the back what he was missing. Very good at communicating with the other workers and was nice to everyone around him while still working at a very quick pace. Would recommend the food from here, the order was correct every time I’ve been and the food is great, better than other Arby’s if I might add!

Food was out quickly service was good cashier was nice and friendly great fast food service.
I walked in to order my food and the manager with teal colored hair was talking cussing and telling a story with her hands to the boy in cowboy boots ( employee ) I had to wait for her to finish to take my order. Felt she was very rude and who curses like that at a place of business. Ended up taking my food instead of dinning in with my grandkids. Very upsetting. Mangers set the example.
