Extremely fast service, especially for an odd order that I made. The man on the drive thru was super friendly. I made a $1 donation and got a free coupon for a slider. He forgot to give me the coupon, and literally chased my car down to make sure I had it.

Not exactly sure why that encounter was so weird. Online order show you my phone with an order and manager whoever was so rude. Just asked for my order and showed I had it, apparently being early for your online order is not okay. No reason to be like that. Nobody else is even there. Placed an asap order and got forced to wait 20 more minutes ontop of the 10 it took to get here.

I frequent Arby's and thought this would be my normal experience. Was I wrong! Same food in every way as expected but Kyle the drive thru guy made my day. What a great personality from someone enjoying his job and interacting with customers. This guy deserves a raise! Thank you Kyle for the smiles I had that I couldn't stop even after leaving while enjoying my food. Hopefully Kyle is working when you visit. Best drive thru experience I ever had.
