Every time I go to this location, an older gentleman is at the window who is always very friendly and accommodating. It's always fast and the orders accurate and food hot. Thanks for the consistency!

Got off work around 10p decided to grab a late dinner. As having mostly bad experiences grabbing food to go this time of night. I was greeting with exceptional service in the drive thru by 2 young men that not only took their time and got my order right, my food was hot and fresh. I'll definitely grab a quick to go there again if I'm wanting a quick bite again and I'm out that way. Way to go guys I really appreciate receiving exactly what I paid for hot and fresh and accurate with friendly service before closing time.

We decided on trying the new angus beefsteak sandwich after seeing how good it looks on the commercial. 1. The guy that took my order was pleasant. I placed my order which was the Angus beefsteak sandwich meal upcharged for a jamocha shake. My Granddaughter ordered the chicken sandwich meal. 2. My Granddaughter's Chicken sandwich was burnt had to take it back to the counter, the cashier took it & remade her another chicken sandwich which was partially burnt. 3. When I received my food I didn't get my shake I had to stop eating & go to the counter to get my shake. 4. The Angus beefsteak sandwich was 3/10 Angus filling was to runny which caused the bread to be soggy. 5. The curly fries were hard fried too long. 6. The food is over priced for the quality of the food. The best thing from my meal was the jamocha shake. The food on this visit was not what I expected.

The sodas were all watered down, the breading on the fish was so bitter I couldn't eat it, and the fries were apparently the last of the bag because they were short, some almost crumbs, and overcooked. I totally wasted my money because I had to throw everything away.

this place just gave me food poisoning. started eating my food as soon as I got home. I knew something was wrong right after I finished eating, my stomach started to hurt and then over the next 3 hours nothing but abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. you may not survive. PSA: Update on this, to this day I am still feeling the effects of the food poisoning from this Arby's. I've spent the entire weekend in pain, and with all other symptoms of food poisoning. honestly it's been a struggle getting any rest due to me being up every 1.5-2 hrs to barely make it to the toilet for relief. honesty avoid this Arby's location if at all possible. I'm not sure how many other locations are managed by the same person but for sure avoid this one.
