Waited 15 minutes to even have the server come to the table to get drinks, and that was only because we flagged them down. Our server asked us 3 different times what we wanted to eat. I was shocked it came out right. Didn’t bring the bread or salad before the food, we had to ask for it when our entrees were brought out. Food was subpar. Would probably never go back.

Food and service was good. Pricing for the amount of food you are served is outrageous. $16 for 5 or 6 bites of baked ziti is crazy. We ended up stopping to get something else to eat after we left because we were all still hungry. Good atmosphere, but somewhat overpriced for what you're getting.

I saw all the good reviews about this place and decided to try it out. I got the baked ziti and I was more than disappointed to see the portion size of it. It looked like a lunch portion with the price of a full priced meal. The sauce was good but there was no meat in it which I feel like baked zitis have meat in it. The floors are really slippery for no reason. Very disappointed.

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I would steer clear of this place for awhile until they get their act together. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food on a slow Sunday night. Multiple tables around us got up and left and were only ever served drinks. The manager came out several times but told us a different story each time. The food was mediocre for the price; nothing like the Bella's in Lees Summit (which is fantastic). My sauce was so thin it was almost watery and bland compared to what I've experienced at their other location. The only reason for the two stars is the appetizer we did receive fairly quickly was good. I was really excited for a decent place in Olathe that wasn't Olive Garden. But at this point, I don't foresee this place staying open very long if they can't make some major changes quickly.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We ordered to go food for my husband’s birthday. It was not good. The lasagne looked like vomit, the other pasta dishes were dry and very unappetizing. I had to “doctor up” the food before we could eat it. I called the restaurant, both the employee and manager were rude. We will never order food from here again. If I could give a 0, I would. I understand the difficulties new restaurants have. But this is beyond that. The food was bad. The staff was rude. I can cook better than this.

Food is beyond delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful and staff couldn't be better. The wait to be seated and for our food to be brought out was well worth it. Honestly, the wait was extremely quick for the fact that everything is homemade from scratch. The food is packed with flavor, fresh, and filling. Highly recommend that you try out Bella's.

This was truly a surprise in all regards, and I must recommend it. This is the homemade and authentic Italian experience in Olathe.

Not sure WHY everyone is giving this place such a high review? We live less than 1 mile away - have been anticipating giving this a try and will never go back.

Family of 3 spent $72 including tip for 3 entrees and water to drink - WAY overpriced for the quality of food. For that price I expect to be WOWED! The meal started with Iceberg lettuce salads that was mostly the white chunks - I'll give them a credit for including tomato, onion and olives; but that's about it. The bread was delivered one time - no asking if we wanted more with our meal. The Chicken Parm was about .50 worth of noodles paired with the equivalent frozen breaded chicken patty. Very disappointing. The Lasagna was served in a baked dish that was more like pasta soup and not a firm square of lasagna. It also arrived so much later than the other 2, my family was basically done eating by the time it showed up. My 17 year old enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo; but it wasn't anything better than a frozen Cosco version. Be AWARE of the floors! They are covered in grease for some reason and are very slippery! The place was packed - but the newness will wear off - and people won't go back. Unfortunately, I predict this will close within a couple years if they don't figure this out quick. For the same money we can go to Johnny's Italian steakhouse and have much better service and food.

Eggplant was very thin. My suggestion would be up your portions. Salads and food was sparse. Flavor was pretty good. Had to ask for extra bread. Food took a while to come out and we got there by 4:30 so it was not dinner rush yet. Maybe a while before we return.

The hosts and bussers were kinder and more personalable than our server. We were greeted right away were told 30-35 minutes, which was great for a Friday evening and 4 of us. We were sat in about 20 minutes.

Then the real wait started. 45 minutes to get our food. Server never came and checked on us or gave updates. After those 45 minutes and we asked, I finally got my salad, which was iceberg lettace, onion, crushed olives and a slice of tomato. We ordered pepperoni pizza, kids Alfredo, chicken Alfredo and shrimp scampi. Everything was just basic, nothing to special. Definitely not justified with an hour wait for food.
