Went there for the first time. The food was AMAZING!!! I ordered the Art Lovers pizza on regular crust (no alterations) and the Dough Knots. The crew was FAST, FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL. They made conversation with me and asked questions on my order, on how I wanted it prepared. Great atmosphere! I'll definitely go again, thanks y'all ?

My friend shared some disturbing images of maggots growing on the food line at this location, as well as the back of house being completely unkept. With flu season around the corner and this location's clear inability to keep their establishment clean, I would avoid ordering food from here at all costs. No matter how tasty it is, you don't want to get food poisoning or even something worse from this place. Not bashing on the company as a whole, but just telling y'all to be wary.

It’s a shame that they can’t get good help here because the pizza is tasty. The staff is so slow and definitely give the vibe that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. We waited forever for our pizza. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and when we saw two pizzas sitting on the counter , we asked if they were ours because we hadn’t received our order yet, and it had been an extremely long wait. Sure enough , the pizzas that were sitting on the counter were our pizzas. All of the containers with the Parmesan cheese were greasy and all of them were practically empty. They need to get some good management in here to turn the place around.

We visited Blaze On November 22nd. The food was mediocre at best. However, my daughter complained that the milk tasted bad...upon inspection, all of the milk in the cooler was almost 4 weeks expired (milk expired 10/29)! When we informed the manager he said to just grab a chocolate milk. No apology, no concern. He didn’t even care to remove the expired milk from the cooler. They continued to sell the expired milk to additional guests.

Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! I’m currently in love with the thin crust wood fire pizzas! They are just amazing and delicious to eat. The day I ate Blaze pizza I knew I would never go back to Dominos or Pizza Hut. They taste so ughhhhh now. Wood Fire Pizza has this unique charry taste that’s makes the pizza smokier. You can choose from the signature pizzas or you can Build Your Own. I personally love the build my own, it makes me go crazy over the toppings. They have a red sauce, a spicy red sauce, Alfredo and Garlic pesto for their sauces, HUGE selection of veggies, top it off with some salt and oregano. The Build Your Own stands at $8.50 and isn’t too shabby for the price. Definitely worth each buck. Make sure you get a drizzle of one of the sauces at the end. I usually like to add olive oil or pesto drizzle at the end, but they have ranch and a few other too. Unlike other pizzas that go rubbery once cold, Blaze pizza remains tasty and doesn’t go soggy. They are kid friendly and they also have tons of gluten free options.

We ordered through Door Dash and got our pizza in good timing. However when we opened it up, it was burnt to a total crisp. The pieces that weren't burnt were great, but the rest was just charred. We ate it cause we were hungry, but likely won't be back because my husband is SUPER picky about pizza.

Horrible customer service. Sent me a pizza with ingredients that I am allergic to. Called the store, the manager said he was too busy to pay attention to the employees making pizza. I asked for a refund, he said no, I asked for a pizza made correctly, he hung up on me. Do not spend your money there, they are a public safety risk and they do not care about their customers. All I want is my money back but they won’t do it. Don’t go somewhere where they don’t know how to do the right thing.
Had a great first experience at Blaze pizza. Good prices and large pizzas. Build your own pizza with any toppings. That was pretty rad.

I came here to order a to-go cauliflower crust pizza. They were out of onions. And we had four separate orders with onion as toppings. I would have expected them to cut onions and offer them as it requires the least effort among all toppings.

I love blaze pizza! Everything here is great - the concept, the dough, sauces, toppings and the hot oven fired pizza that emerges minutes later! The ladies who work here are really nice too.

If you're gluten free or vegan - don't waste your time! Cross contamination of meat and dairy product is horrendous. We called ahead to make sure they had the gluten-free/vegan crust available before driving 40 minutes to this location. After being told they only had 2 left and that they would hold one back, we arrived, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out that they had run out. They had no idea of who we talked to on the phone and didn't even try to figure it out. They were apologetic and offered to make a new batch of dough, but that would've taken over 40 minutes. Note of advice for Blaze: Veganism grew 600% between 2014 & 2017, and even more every day. Many people who consider themselves vegan also avoid gluten. This demand will only keep rising - please consider that for the future operations of your business. Good luck, but we likely will not be returning.
