The woman who took our order seemed to be trying to rush us even though we were the only ones there. We asked for 2 small spongebob meals, the drink wasn't avaliable so she offered to replace it with another pie. I asked if it would raise the price and she told me no. The total came out to over 40 bucks. On the screen it showed the medium meal was 18 so I dont understand how the small meals were so expensive, unless the pies acctually did raise the price and she didn't tell me (although the pies and drink cost about the same). We received the order and the burgers where dry and tasteless. The only thing i could taste was a nasty patty (seems like it whatever it was cooked on wasnt clean). we also weren't given utensils for the pies. We drove back around and she gave some. We didn't recieve a recipt (I should've asked when we went back around) I didn't think about it till after. It feels like we didn't receive the receipt on purpose though. I dont usually go to burger king but this drove me away completely. I work fast food too so I understand the difficulties. But I wouldn't serve these patties to customers and I wouldn't rush them and be dishonest about prices. Please do better.

This place is so DIRTY! I was the first one in when the doors opened. Almost every single table has stains and food crumbs all over them from the night before. The bathroom has piss stains all of the toilet and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. Not to mention they did care enough to at least put more paper towels in the dispenser. I’m not one to write reviews but come on management get your stuff together and maybe do a deep clean for once.

Drive thru. Ordered Double cheeseburger combo. Ketchup only. Large onion rings. Large coke. No one at pay window. Pickup window has to run for change. In bag was medium burnt onion rings, Burger with pickle and mustard. Only drink was correct.

Very slow drive thru and cashier didn't know what she was doing. She thought I gave her a 20, I gave her a 10. It took her 5 minutes to give me my change back.

Update. Went today a 7 am for breakfast and store closed. No workers , no lights on, nothing! Ordered some croissandwiches and the egg wasn’t much thicker than the wrapper!
I have never in my life experienced a slower fast food restaurant. Olive Garden is lightning quick in comparison. I arrived here at about 12:05, orded by 12:10. Thought there was a long line, found out that was all the people waiting on their order. As I type this it is 12:41. Im number 78, and they just called 72. There is a group of two men who were here when I arrived, theyare still waiting. After asking, they are nunber 75. They got here 15 minutes before me. They've been waiting for a full hour.
Now, I hate to pull this card... but I have worked in fast food before. I simply do not understand what could possibly take them an hour+ to make me a single whopper meal. I would think short staffed, but I see no fewer than 4 people working at once. The pace of their work, however, is as if they are about five joints in, at a 3am overnight. The pace is so, hilarious slow and lazy, im amazed anyone is getting their food at all.
I still haven't got my food, but the family next to me did, and apparently the fries are completely cold. Well, I just got my number called. I thought the food was finally ready, but no. They had lost my order, and were asking for my receipt so they could confirm my sides!! Are you kidding me? The disorganization and lack of motivation for anything at this establishment is simply astonishing.
12:48 now. I got my food. Good riddance. Im sticking with Wendy's now. lol.
If you want to wait +30 minutes waiting in the drive through for your food, this is the place for you. Wasnt even during lunch or dinner hours.

Can't review anything properly because their hours are a lie. Multiple times I've tried to pick up breakfast around 7am or 7:30am and nothing. Fix your signage and stop wasting people's money when the app lets you order but them you can't pick anything up.

Talk about the absolute worst fast food establishment in a 100 mile radius. NEVER order bacon for your sandwich, you'll be overcharged and given ONE piece of bacon. What a joke.
