I love going here, the staff is very friendly and check up on you often. The food also comes the fastest i’ve seen compared to other locations.

The last couple of times I’ve been here they have constantly forgotten sauces, and food. I let it slide for a while but now it’s a hassle going through the drive through and not getting what you payed for.

So I order doordash which I already made a complaint. This place makes it seem like they are oh so good at what they do maybe in customer service but the food is trash. No Mac for kids meal tenders really small one of them was just crust hardly no meat and no toy. My tender meal had only two strips small and old my entire order is cold and old didn't even receive the right sauce my tea was half full. As a retired chef I would never serve this to anyone don't get me started on the old oil. Restaurants are treating oil like their cars which is ridiculous. Learn to teach your employees the importance of quality in food. And make sure they are going by food times don't serve old nasty food to customers. The only thing great about this place is the customer service. This isn't the first time last time I ordered was last year October and threw my meal in the trash.

Food is going down hill. Ordered chicken fingers and one had texture to it like it wasn't done. Ordered a chocolare chip cookie and tasted off and minty more so and burnt. Quality was missing on this meal. Seems to also be going through tons of turn over with assistant managers and management.

This Chick-fil-A was packed. Wall-to-wall and the drive-thru was almost in the street. But they handled it like champs as usual. Food came out hot and quickly despite the crowd, And it was offered with the obligatory. My pleasure.

I've been going to this CFA for years, but recently, it seems like the quality has drastically dropped. The past 3 times in a row, there's always been something wrong with my order; most recently, I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit... there was no egg. A previous time, they accidentally put in chicken minis instead of hash browns. I don't know what's up with the staff, but they really need to get it together.

Not sure what has happened here in the last several months. Front staff stands around chatting and laughing with each other instead of waiting on their customers. They act like they are all really good friends or family. When some workers need help they ask for it several times before one of the “ family” attempts to help them. There used to be a strawberry blonde male manager who did a great job training. Haven’t seen him around. Sounds like they need to get him back on there to straightened this place out. Get it together Olathe you used to be good.
