Sliders were burned, cheese sticks were not hot and chicken tenders were hot but tough not tender. Service was slow - 20 minutes to get a $12.50 margarita at happy hour. Too expensive!!! And slow. Asked twice where it was. Only 3or4 customers in the whole place. We were sat where it was frigid when the door opened for carry out. I heard Chilis was getting better. Not this one. Interior is worn out. Tile top tables were dirty.

Ashley( our server) was very patient and on point. Her attitude was happy and attentive. Her supervisor made our day when he came to the rescue when I over ordered. He helped me get what I needed. The food was delicious and worth every penny. My mom, who hates everything or complains, raves about the food and service. She had no complaints. So I took this as a win!!! Good job, chili's

The staff were very accommodating with our need for special seating and extra time for a person with vision issues. The food came out so fast that it made my head spin. We arrived at 5:05 and were FINISHED eating by 5:30.
