Every time I visit this location, the portions are hit or miss. Some employees make it right, others barely put anything in the bowl. The inconsistency is frustrating. Get it together.

Order quality is hit or miss here. Sometimes it's what I expect, and other times you get 4 pieces of meet and a bowl full of cheese. One of the worst bowls I've gotten in a while from a Chipotle.
The food was insanely spicy for no reason didn’t even get any salsa just chicken rice and beans, steak is rubbery

I ordered pick up waited an extra 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and when I got home it was someone else's order. I double-checked the receipt. It was for me. I'm so deflated and depressed. It's going to take a while for me to forget about this and even think about trying to go to Chipotle again.

Best location I have been too in a very long time. Very clean space. Friendly staff. Best of all, Randall did a great job and did not balk about changing his gloves for my wife that has a severe gluten allergy. Will definitely return to this location when in the area.

I just walked out of this place. When I entered there were 5 employees doing nothing, and 1 employee serving customers. There was only 1 person in-line before me, having his food made and pretty much finished. I walked out because: I stood there for about 5 minutes, while a few people came in behind me. 3 employees looked straight at me, and then went right back to chitchatting/not working.
Granted a few minutes isn't long to wait, but intentionally ignoring a customer is the worst kind of service. Do not eat here unless you support people who dont deserve the paycheck. Seriously bad.

Steak salad was good. My husband had chicken burrito bowl. It had quite a bit of fat on it. He accidentally put hot sauce on my salad. The staff was kind enough to give me more sour cream after I spooned it off. Everyone was nice even the cashier. Unfortunately every table was dirty. It was busy but all were mostly carry out. The chips were a little more on the overdone side. Disappointing because we like the chips. Never had over done chips before. Probably come back. It’s close to us.
