I think more attention should be paid to food portions, particularly meat portions. sometimes you recieve a level spoonful, sometimes a fuller, more reasonable spoonful. and customers shouldn't have to feel they need to point that out. the managers should convey to their employees to be attentive to that. as with all restaurants, diligent attention should be paid to hygienic practices. .

First time trying this location and it was one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve had in a while. Portions were fair and quality was good. Everyone knows Chipotles can be hit or miss but this one was real solid. I will be going back over other locations.

This was by far the best location I’ve ever been to . The portions were amazing and the restaurant was clean ! The staff was polite and professional as well. I was highly impressed as this has not been a norm at most chipotles in the area. Look at my photo and see how well prepared My food was

Staff was friendly so I'll give them that, but man this latest experience here was unforgivable. The chicken was so overcooked it was charred making it crunchy, bitter, and almost inedible. The other ingredients were fine but the protein is the most important part of the meal for me. I could only stomach 10% before throwing it away. If you knowingly overcooked anything please do the right thing and don't serve it. I likely won't be coming back to this store for a good while until things improve.

Solid 3 stars. Food is decent enough to have it more than a low number, but aggravating enough when they mess up, to yield 1 ☝? star. I feel like the manager works from home. Then the employees do whatever they gotta do to make it through the day... I wish there was more consistency in the online ordering, it used to be clutch! But now, sometimes web orders are on the pickup shelf; other times they have it bodyguarded behind the cashier for some reason... If these things can get corrected, I think this spot could be more successful. Potential Customers: Order here with average expectations, and you may be alright. Management: let's try and get a handle on better operations here! ??

stood waiting for my order for over 45 mins and only was asked about my order once. Staff walking around looking like they have no idea what to do. Like maybe make my order ? (edit: ended up standing for for an hour and didn’t get offered anything for my time. Only a “sorry for the wait” yeah ok.)

I like Chipotle, but they struggle often with their beef proteins. About half the time I order barbacoa and half steak. The barbacoa often has big chunks of fat and the steak is often so tough I can't chew it.
The restaurant is clean, the people are good, the rest of the food is good, the greens are green and not wilted, etc. The chicken is generally good too, but not my favorite.
If they could just get the beef proteins right I'd be happy.

Purchased a delivery order from this place and will never make the same mistake again. I had thought that this would be a good gift for my essential workers. But I was wrong. They where missing multiple items. Bags of chips, cups of guacamole, veggies in a few bowls. Not to mention the price for portion sizes. I might as well have been stolen from. Next time you have another option to get anything else anywhere else. Do it.
