The little white girl that took my order. Does not need to be working at the register. Turing to argue with me about a full portion of steak. Just scoop it and put it in my bowl. I don’t have time to argue with a little kid. Then she wants to throw the smallest amount of cheese in my bowl and not ask me if that was it. I wanted more stuff in my bowl! Very rude and will not be back! High schoolers need better customer service skills! Someone teach her

Easily the best chipotle in all of Kansas City! It’s always clean, staff is always friendly, and my orders are always accurate. People keep saying chipotle is going downhill, that may be true but this chipotle is still going strong!

Went I. To order and bowl like I do in every city I travel to because that’s what I do for a living is travel and ask for plain brown rice , was told NO we don’t have any, I’m like OK how about plain white rice …. Told 20 mins are you kidding me let’s be honest they have both in the warmers ! So sad to see a place no ready to help or serve a customer , I will not be back to this location. Any time soon
If you are going to charge me double the meat, don't scoop 3 steak bites then get mad when I say I want a full spoon. This is so rude and a slap in anyone's face.

Making a review here since for some reason Doordash won't let me submit my bad review. Ordered a burrito bowl tonight which included fajita veggies. There were no fajita veggies. The bowl was barely half full... it looks like they gave me barely a half scoop of all the other things I asked for like the lettuce (which is not fajita veggies). I will not be ordering delivery from here again if they are going to skimp. Very bad chipotle, ripping off delivery customers.
