Twice now we’ve placed pickup orders through the app, and twice our meals were missing the steak — first from a bowl, then from a burrito. It’s frustrating to get all the way home and realize key items weren’t included. Please double-check your order before leaving this location, not just for sides or add-ons, but for the actual protein as well.

We’ve also noticed this happening specifically on mobile pickup orders, which makes us wonder if those orders are being handled with less care. I don’t tip on app orders where there is no service interaction — I place the order myself, pay in the app, and drive to the restaurant to pick it up. There shouldn’t be any difference in accuracy based on that. It would be great to see more consistency and attention to detail for all to-go orders.

Very bad take out experience - CHECK YOUR ORDER IN STORE BEFORE TAKING IT HOME! My son picked up our order, but did not check it first (though honestly there should be no need).

My order was missing guac, for which they charge extra, had cheese, which I did not order, had the barest whisper of the veggies I did order, and the meat was sparse, gristly, and had some hard chunks in it - most likely pieces of bone.
When I tried to call to see what could be done about this, I could not speak to a person and was forced to go to the website and use an AI chatbot to try and resolve the issue. All they did was give me a coupon for guac, which is not restitution, as I now must spend more money there just to get what I already paid for, and I have to do it in a short amount of time before the coupon expires. The entire experience was insulting.

I may be reading into this, but they ask you to tip when you are placing the order, and being that we were in no way being served, I did not tip. Could this have influenced the folks making my food? I can't say for sure, but pre-tipping like this sure leaves the door wide open for these suspicions.

Went in with my Daughter after working 15 hours. I had asked for extra steak kid with braces looked me dead in my eyes and said won't be any for 20 minutes. Trying to enforce i wasn't getting extra steak. I asked at what time do you close. He responded 11pm it is 8:30. Your aware you have no steak close at 11 and aren't making more. So they left what steak was left on the burrito till the other steak was finished cooking. So I have a burrito with steak that sat out while they cooked more to have a cold steak burrito. All I could say to his manager is inform your employee kindness is free. How ever that is applicable to the entire enviroment in a whole.THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHIPOLTES 119TH IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE AND I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS ONE.Aswell as servi g me.raw steak.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

We placed a mobile order for 6:50 PM pickup at the Chipotle on Parker St. in Olathe, KS. We arrived on time and were told it wasn’t ready—which was fine. We were willing to wait a few minutes.

At 7PM, my husband asked for an update and was told it was “third in line.” At 7:10, he checked again: “They’re working on it.” Finally, at 7:30 PM, now 40 minutes late, he went up one last time. The same employee who had been giving vague, dismissive responses simply glanced at the shelf and said, “Oh, here it is.”
No apology, accountability or explanation. Just a casual “Oops,” as if making someone wait 40 minutes and blatantly ignoring multiple inquiries was totally fine.

Clearly it had been sitting there. The employee simply didn’t bother to check. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional, immature, and the indifference shown to us was insulting.

Furthermore, my husband used Chipotle Rewards for this order, so he essentially wasted both time and points for food he was made to feel invisible over.

I contacted Chipotle’s customer support, only to be met with canned, robotic responses that couldn’t have been less supportive. Not once did anyone offer a real, human, or empathetic reply. No acknowledgment of what happened. No accountability. Just, “We’ll document your feedback for areas of improvement.”
That’s not support. That’s a dead end.

Every time I asked to speak to a manager, I was ignored. No follow-up. No resolution. No one at any level showed the slightest interest in making this right.

This was more than just a delay—it was a serious breakdown in professionalism and basic customer care. And as I have been asking over and over, I want a direct call from a store manager who’s actually willing to take ownership of this experience.

This experience was unacceptable, and no one at Chipotle cares one bit. Avoid this location (and Chipotle in general) unless you enjoy being treated like you don’t exist and your feelings aren't important.
