Please train your employees not to come out and scream at customers in the parking lot asking them to pay for something that was given away by their fellow employee. I have no issues with paying $1.66 and was baffled and confused why I was screamed at like I just stole a car. Please tell your employees that no one wants to steal tortillas. I'm really hoping he gets some type of penalty or possibly loses his career for this customer mistreatment.

If I’m paying EXTRA for guac, I deserve to get guac 😂 half a drop of guac for $3 is insane.
Chips are always stale anymore, can’t even crunch.

My wife is pregnant and she wanted everybody's favorite; chipotle. She made her order in the app then sent me to the store to purchase it. When I got there the girls putting my order together were openly rude and making obvious faces to each other. There was no one behind me in line but it seemed like I was at a NASCAR pit stop with how rushed it felt. In the app the price was 16.90 in the store they charged me 19.00. Just all in all a horrible service experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PS. Went back after we noticed that the service crew had messed up the order. Spoke with the manager and he was very very polite and apologized for the mistake and remade my order personally. I saw the crew rolling their eyes and just idk bad attitudes. Very good manager thank you for the great service!

Rude rude rude! I am pregnant and sent my husband in with my order. They were VERY rude and rushed him even though he was the ONLY person there! Rude! A lot of bad attitudes. Their lettuce was soggy and absolutely unacceptable. Had to send him back. Hoping for better results. Hoping Chipotle changes for the better, as they are clearly going down hill.

For the initial employee. No greeting. I requested burrito and the new brisket. She gave me a bowl (wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it) then asked what protein. I repeated myself (okay, now the service is inattentive). Second guy, I requested extra of the sour cream and gave me less. Cashier was fine.
Twelve employees in the store and the frontline with below average service. Do better.
Order was quick and accurate. Staff was jovial and friendly. Food was exactly as we ordered and expected. The restaurant was clean. I very much enjoyed the watermelon lime water.
Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoy the build your own tacos.

Hey come on now, its Chipotle. If you've ever had it you know you can depend on the flavors and selection of options without dismay. Throw down some chips & guacamole with your entree choice and I dare you to say "I'm still hungry." Lol

Worst chipotle I’ve been to due to customer service. They’re all rude teenagers who don’t care about their jobs. They gave me one small scoop of chicken, when I asked for more the teenager gave me two pieces of chicken.
I’m never going back here, don’t waste your time and money
