Food was cold, very small portion. Burrito measured about 5 inches, while the bowls ordered had twice that in fillings, online app also caused my bank to freeze the order. App said it was okay and could be paid for in store. So went there and the order had not been put through or made so had to order everything after waiting in line. Vegetarian options: You can get all the veggies and no meat and it would still be amazing .
Dietary restrictions: My brothers on a diet and this is one of the few places he can eat with all his restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: I got the kids meal and loved it they only have two options tacos or a quesadilla.
Wheelchair accessibility: They all have to be accessible it’s the law .

Everytime I go to this location they barely give me any meat. This time they gave me not even 1/4 of a cup of the meat and gave me a rude look when I asked for more meat, but they gave a guy infront of me 3 scoops. Terrible service.

Beware. The delivery side of the house intentionally shorts you food quantity, particularly for what you pay. It’s bullshit. Every. Single. Time. Done with delivery from this Olathe location.

Horrible customer service. Made me feel like I was doing them a dishonor by even ordering food. Starting with the person at the front of the line, both the body language and facial expressions tell you all you need to know. Towards the end when I asked for lettuce, I was given lettuce that had been sitting in water, inside of the pan. Instead of at least shaking some of the water off, the guy proceeded to transfer the lettuce, soaked in water, directly onto my burrito. Made my burrito soggy and not even enjoyable. Every time I come to this location, theres always an issue.
Staff at this location are unfriendly and unprofessional and I’ll never go back. The guy waiting on me coughed without cover his mouth while preparing my food. Another guy took over and he had a straight attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Happy customers return but when you make a customer feel like you’re bothered then it’s not a place I will go back too. Not a good experience at all and the food was mediocre. Customers help pay workers salaries. So what’s the point in being mean? If you have an attitude then just stay home and be unhappy! Don’t bring attitudes to work. Not professional at all, period! I work in customer service for 39 years and I pay close attention to how workers treat people!

People working are almost 100% rude all the time. A place where food is always supposed to be consistent but never is prepared or tastes the same. Saw them cooking on foil sheet the other night to avoid re-cleaning the grill. They need to close this one and start over! Does not meet the standards of Chipotle. I hope a new one opens in this part of Olathe soon!
