Saw employees effectively deal with a situation with an angry customer. They were calm, stated the issue and resolution, and kept the situation from escalating further. I was impressed.

I would like to first state, I do not leave reviews, and this Burrito Bowl has driven me to do so. The last 6 if not more, the surrounding Chipotle’s in the Olathe area have NOT been good, and I’ve not gone, but it’s an excellent source for your macros quick lol. I’m here to say, THIS chipotle, will never disappoint you. The chips? Perfection, just the right amount of salt on each chip. The drinks? Never tasting sour from rotten fruit they use (we CAN taste the difference). The BOWL?! My God. The steak is literally perfect, while writing this I’m almost 1/2 done, and I haven’t had a singular piece of fat or toughness that everyone hates. The flavor is immaculate, whoever cooked this food loves their job, and the love is obvious in the clear difference between this chipotle and every other chipotle in the area. Had to include pictures, because the bowl was unreal, you could literally see the flavor. Now for the service? I was greeted by a wonderful smiling woman who portioned my bowl, dare I say, in a way that she knew I wanted to be eating more than I looked like I could eat, if you’re reading this, girl to girl, I love you from the bottom of my heart, and I hope you get a raise, she genuinely brightened my mood and my day, and I’ve never in my life felt so happy in a Chipotle establishment, and then actually experiencing amazing food on top of it. Btw I’ve now finished my bowl, and I in fact did not have a single piece of steak that was tough or hard to chew. Well done, Bravo, you made me lunch and my day.

Food quality and portions were ok. Out of two proteins, limiting choice. Dining room was filthy. Somebody needs to take five minutes to wipe tables and chairs. It’s a minimal effort that has a huge impact.

The two ladies were prepared my food were very friendly, though I wish I could have gotten as big of a portion as I usually get in a bowl at other Chipotle locations.
What really irked me though was the tall, younger gentleman working the register around 5 pm on October 30. He gave me an attitude when I was paying and failed to put the lid on my salsa container securely. By the time I reached my table, salsa was all over the inside of my bag.

Half portion as they always do, completely terrible service. Didn't even get greeted as usual too. They’re supposed to be 8 ounce portions yet that never happens. And I got queso just for them to put LITERALLY a half ladle of the queso on it.

This location is always terrible. Food is always cold. We started ordering anything that is cold on the side hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't. I have no issues with the portions because the food is so gross I wouldn't want more. Not sure that I will be eating Chipotle anymore but if I do it sure won't be at this location
