The service wasn't very great. They put too much sour cream on my bowl.When I told them not to and she took a lid and literally scraped it off with the lid!!!! Where is great service when you need it?

The restaurant floors & table tops were absolutely filthy, you'd think those 6 employees behind the counter doing nothing but laughing and joking, would of cleaned up the place. Food was just ok. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I ordered takeout from this Chipotle location today via the website. Picked it up right on time, but when I started eating, I realized the meat in both dishes was cold — not just “cooled down,” but refrigerator cold. Because of that, the rice also cooled off quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even reheat the bowl, since it had lettuce and tomato in it — and reheating would have just ruined the entire meal. Then again, eating ice-cold meat wasn’t a great option either.
Honestly, it ruined my lunch.
And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience when ordering ahead from this location. We eat here often because it’s close to work, but I’ve noticed a pattern: whenever I order online, the portions are noticeably smaller and the overall quality is worse. One time, I even received guacamole that had turned brown — clearly not fresh, since avocado oxidizes quickly.

I got a burrito and normally they give good portions but a new guy started working and he shook the scoop and it was basically a half scoop. The cashier also tried to charge me double when mine was significantly smaller than my friends. Never coming to this location again.

Every time I’ve come to this chipotle they give me 1/3rd serving of meat compared to other locations. Taste like eating a lettuce bean and rice bowl. Grossest chipotle in the area by far.

Portions are inconsistent and employees can’t wrap a burrito to save their life. Double meat is basically one small scoop followed by three pieces of additional meat. Not sure why I come to this location at all anymore.

Chipotle is my go-to spot for healthy meal options. I love being able to customize my bowl with fresh ingredients, and it’s one of the few fast-casual places where I feel good about what I’m eating.
Do not order online. I've never had a problem with portions until I ordered online. The burrito I got was about half the size it usually is, and my gf's burritos bowl barely had any food in it at all. If you are to use this Chipotle, which I wouldn't recommend, make sure you order in person so you can see the portion size before paying.

What a scam. How come every time I order online my bowl is so so small??? It’s insane. They under fill it every time. Is that because the customer isn’t standing in front of them to make sure it’s being filling correctly. DON’T ORDER ONLINE!!! They will SHORT YOU!!!!!!
