Food quality and portions were ok. Out of two proteins, limiting choice. Dining room was filthy. Somebody needs to take five minutes to wipe tables and chairs. It’s a minimal effort that has a huge impact.

The two ladies were prepared my food were very friendly, though I wish I could have gotten as big of a portion as I usually get in a bowl at other Chipotle locations.
What really irked me though was the tall, younger gentleman working the register around 5 pm on October 30. He gave me an attitude when I was paying and failed to put the lid on my salsa container securely. By the time I reached my table, salsa was all over the inside of my bag.

Half portion as they always do, completely terrible service. Didn't even get greeted as usual too. They’re supposed to be 8 ounce portions yet that never happens. And I got queso just for them to put LITERALLY a half ladle of the queso on it.

This location is always terrible. Food is always cold. We started ordering anything that is cold on the side hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't. I have no issues with the portions because the food is so gross I wouldn't want more. Not sure that I will be eating Chipotle anymore but if I do it sure won't be at this location

I bring my nephew a lot to soccer practice at shields so this is one of the closest places where I can eat fast and get a good balance of protein, carbs and protein but every time I come in the portions are very inconsistent and ALL the tables are dirty and it’s very uncomfortable trying to look for a place that it’s clean. Worst Chipotle I have been to in my life. Asked for double rice no beans and she gave me a half scoop of rice and just stared out me, so weird. Then gave me 3/4 a scoop of chicken. Smallest burrito I've ever gotten from a Chipotle. Also the fajita veggies and onions were slimy and not good. First time I haven't finished a Chipotle burrito and it was half the size of a normal one.
The rice was hard. We were missing a bag of chips. Thebbeef was chewy and hard.

So disappointed to spend $75 on 4 people and end up with crunchy rice! 😭 My burrito barely had any meat and the rest of the ingredients, other than the crunchy rice, were sparce. I'm beginning to think it just depends on the day with this Chipotle. It'll take a while to convince me to go back. 🤔
