Saw employees effectively deal with a situation with an angry customer. They were calm, stated the issue and resolution, and kept the situation from escalating further. I was impressed.
I would like to first state, I do not leave reviews, and this Burrito Bowl has driven me to do so. The last 6 if not more, the surrounding Chipotle’s in the Olathe area have NOT been good, and I’ve not gone, but it’s an excellent source for your macros quick lol. I’m here to say, THIS chipotle, will never disappoint you. The chips? Perfection, just the right amount of salt on each chip. The drinks? Never tasting sour from rotten fruit they use (we CAN taste the difference)....
I've been having my son practice ordering on his own. He's somewhat shy. The young man helping us was super friendly and gave my son confidence to order himself. Will definitely come back again!!
