I don't understand I live less than quarter mile.Anytime we go get their food , we have to bring it home and warm. And then I noticed the next day , everyone's always containing stomach issues starting to wonder if the two connect eat include that is not consistently kept at a good temperature

Ordered online and picked your through the drive thru. Worker didn’t even look at us and practically threw our food at us. Got home and was missing 1/4 of our order. Had to drive another 10 miles round trip to get the missing order. No apology. Extremely rude employee and horrible customer service.

Update. Went in around 1043. Door was unlocked. Went in to pick up online order. Bunch of workers sitting in the lobby. On very rudely told me they were not open yet for two minutes!

All food was good and fresh. Took a few for someone to help us though.

Employee's just get worse & worse over the years. I had a 5 star review previously. But this location continues to go down & down in customer service. SO RUDE all the time!!! And absolutely disgusting location. Health department definitely needs to do some unannounced visits soon! Don't go!

Ordered lunch on 9/2/25, was to be delivered by 12:05, the restaurant is maybe 1/4 mile away. About 1:00 I received a call from the delivery person, they told her that the delivery was in Leawood, 10+ east of me. The delivery person said she was going to contact Chipotle to see if she should come back to get fresh food. Apparently they said no because my lunch was left off in Leawood, KS at 1:55. I have talked with 'Pepper' twice and was going to be routed to a live representative. Both times I waited 15+ minutes for a person that never came online. I have filled out their questionnaire that they send via e-mail. Told them what happened and still no response from them. My credit card said that I can dispute the charges next week, give them time 'to credit my purchase back.' Will it happen I doubt it. It's sad that a company can't read the address down the street. Love my Chipotle, but I will not use this one at Ridgeview and 119th in Olathe for my food, dine in, carry out or delivery. If they can't deliver down the street how competent are they to make my order correctly?

I went in for dinner for my family after working a 12 hour shift. Upon opening my husbands meal it was missing the whole main course. (The whole steak quesadilla I watch them make). Upon going back the on duty manager (a white bigger lady with glasses) looked at me like I was a problem and rolled her eyes at me after saying they don’t think they forgot it. I had to sit there an argue with her about just giving me my food after she tried saying I probably ate it. I was so stunned at how rude and unprofessional this store was. I do not recommend going to this place. It’s always dirty and the customer service is always shitty. Never welcoming when you go in and it feels like you’re not supposed to be there when you do go. The staff is so unwelcoming and this place needs TLC.

I ordered the burrito bowl through the app the portion size was ridiculous I had the smallest portion of white rice and I only got 2 chunks of carnitas and they were hard at that. For the kids build your own I mean cmon the tortillas were hard and it looked like they were too lazy to add a new batch of carnitas and gave me bs every piece was hard and burnt how is a child supposed to chew that? Just horrible and one of the girls was so annoyed I wanted to purchase an extra queso isn’t your job supposed to sell the food? Never coming back why even work there if you hate your job lol do better chipotle it really is just food you’re selling and you can’t even do a good job at that.

I want to like this location so bad. It’s so close to my house. But I just can’t. I’ve been here about 10 times over the years since it’s been here. It is consistently dirty, the food always looks like it’s been sitting out for days. The staff is always pleasant enough. But they have to know this isn’t acceptable. Today was the last straw. I’ll never give this location a shot. The inside is disgusting. Food and stickiness all over every surface. The food quite literally looked like dog food. I literally just turned around and walked out. I’ll be traveling a few minutes out of my way to go to the location at blackbob and 119th. That location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hard Soup

Burrito and salad were half the size as usual. I will go to hyvee for the stuff to make my own in the future. I can make a lot of burritos for $25
