Emarion, Danika, Samantha, and Darahon are so friendly. They were genuinely happy, which typically means they’re being treated well by their leaders.
They didn’t skip out on portions, they were easy to talk to, and made me feel welcomed to their restaurant.

$20 for a bowl and chips and queso and the bowl isn’t even half full also my chips are stale. This is the 2nd time having a bad experience at this location. Wish i could get my tip back because they definitely didn’t deserve it.

Hardly any meat on my bowl. 3/4 of the cup of guac was filled so the top part was exposed to air and was brown when I picked up my bag. Also a partly bad avocado was used and tasted sour. 🤢

I don't know how adding sour cream and cheese makes the rice and meat cold immediately after being served, but it does. Felt like a waste of $20+ because I can't reheat it with those toppings I think I'll stop trying all together...it has been a good run.

I have been going here for years and today I had the WORST experience. The employees made it seem like it was just such an inconvenience to serve me and so I didn’t even order what I wanted. They made me feel unwelcome and I did not appreciate it.

No longer worth $14. I usually don't have an issue, but today the burrito is noticeablly smaller. Picture is on their napkin for scale. The burritos used to be darn near the size of your head.
There's good Chipotle's and there's bad ones. This is a good one.

I always come here to eat at night but this time the service was terrible, even a customer asked if they were still open. There was a bunch of people sitting at a table and everyone was talking. A girl stepped aside to prepare the order but threw my food at me. She was quite rude, a tall blonde girl had a bad attitude. I don't think I’m coming back!!

I always buy from this restaurant, but I really don't know why the girls have a bad temper. I try not to take it personally, but the look on their faces when they serve me has a lot to be desired!! Also, when I asked for red sauce, she puts picó de gallo on it and only takes a little bit off and puts the red sauce on top. It's kind of in bad taste. I'm supposed to buy your lunch according to your taste, not someone else's. I think I'll change restaurants.
