When we first started playing our card was just scanning using up points but the game wasn't working. Had to get points added back on. I don't recommend purchasing the unlimited trampoline experience. Unlimited is not true at all. It would be unlimited if they weren't short-staffed/someone watching the trampoline door the entire time. I paid $24 supposedly for unlimited and could rarely get my kids in to jump because no one was at the door. You have to track someone down and even when you do track someone down they have to be available. Also, ordered pizza and bread sticks with two drinks. Took over 50 min to get it. They did have one party here though so maybe that's why it took awhile. Overall, it was a good time for the kids...they just need more staff and a few repairs.

Good service, any issues were sorted quickly, place was clean, and nice to see them recently revamp the gaming area a bit.

Stopped in to beat the heat; I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese in over 4 years, granted I’m a millenial and the new style of “entertainment” isn’t it. But the food is highly overpriced, I paid 19.00 for an appetizer plate and the food was so bad my kids wouldn’t touch it. The wings were freezer burned, barely sauced, the bread had no flavor and the fries were undercooked and cold. Will never eat at another one. But the staff member in the costume? I was pained to see the lack of passion in them. I get it, it’s probably lame, it is probably just a paycheck but if you’re not enjoying it don’t do it. Kids are there to make memories and they LIVE for the moment he comes to life, this overall experience was just sad.
This location was clean and very open! Not nearly as cramped as the Metcalf location. All the games are the same price (1point). That was cool, but the games were really stingy on giving out tickets. The manager was helpful and informative since we couldn’t figure out what deal to purchase for games.

This location is great! The place is clean and organized, and all the games were up and running and in good shape. Kids had a great time and we really felt like we got our moneys worth, especially compared to many of the other family fun centers in the area. You can tell the staff keeps the place near and orderly and it shows.
