Husband placed an online order yesterday. When he got there he was told to come back in 5 minutes. We ordered 2 all white meat fried chicken meals. One 2 piece with mashed potatoes and added extra biscuit and jalapeños. The other was a 4 piece with fries. The fries were old and stale. All 3 biscuits were so old they were hard, crunchy and inedible. The chicken was so old that there wasn’t anything edible on the wings and only the very center of the breasts were edible. The mashed potatoes were on the burnt side. The apple pies were on the stale side as well. Nobody should have to go all the way back to have their meals replaced.They know what they’re serving. They know what they’re doing. There’s a reason they aren’t busy anymore. We used to eat here a lot. We will not be back. Church’s has successfully lost another customer.

Great food, cooked fresh. Will eat here again. However, only the chicken meal was good. The sandwich was dry patty . The bun was bigger. Wasn't worth eating, pressed frozen chicken patty. Disgusting.

Was craving church’s all day so I decided to get some after work, UNFORTUNATELY the chicken we received in our 10 Pc combo was absurd. The Legs wasn’t juicy at all. Really dry and tuff as if they gave us older chicken legs that has been sitting under a heated lamp for a couple of hours and refried it… I mean just look at the images. Gave 2 stars only becasue the sides were the only fresh thing in our combo. I will be sticking to Popeyes on black Bob. Pissed!!!

I pre-ordered online. I ordered smoked chicken, okra, reg chicken, etc... The smoked chicken was tuff and overcooked and so was the okra. The fiesta was stale. As if it was set out and recooked. So very sad to pay that amount for funky food. I usually like Church's. But never again. MAH!

Told me it would be 5 minutes on tenders. No problem, get to the window and she asks my order again. No problem. 20 minutes later I have to walk to the window and all of a sudden it's ready. Absolutely ridiculous.

When asked for fresh food they take it and re drop in in the fryer so that its extra crispy and still nasty.
Much cleaner than the one on 12th and Prospect in the city. The people were nice too. I'll go back. Not often because I don't each much Church's but when I do, it'll be this one.
