Stop at cold stone when ever we go out of town. This has been the best one I have ever been too. Drove here from Texas to visit college. Mike's hot honey mix was very good.

Place was dirty, floor was sticky, all surfaces around cash register dusty. Bathroom "out of order". Servers' clothes were also dirty and their hair all over the place with no covers. Unsanitary. Server was rude and unwelcoming.

I don’t ever write reviews, but the service I had at this location made it worth writing my first one. Me and my husband came here 2 hours before they closed. My husband asked for a small bowl of the mint chip. No alterations. No add ons. Just plain. The Hispanic girl up front deadpan stared at him, huffed a deep breath, rolled her eyes, and then walked off to get the cup before returning and asking rather rudely “is that it?”. I hadn’t ordered yet. I hadn’t even been asked if I would like anything. Me and him just stared at each other before I smiled and said to not even worry about it before we left, watching 2 large families walk in from our car. The black woman behind the counter did not greet us or say anything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We came to get dessert to end our date night. I work in the food industry, and in the customer service industry. I understand work can be draining. But that is no excuse to be rude to strangers who have nothing to do with it.
I love their ice cream however I was very disappointed in their caramel apples. The caramel apple tasted good however ALOT of the caramel stuck to the wrapper that they place apples on so I was having to try and scoop it back on. Was a huge mess!
