We came in for dinner and the staff was so loud and cleaning right under us as we are eating “so they could get out by 8:00”. That was so irritating. The food was great but not relaxing.

It was a long long wait to get seated. They were slammed it being a sunday afternoon. My food was disappointing. My partner had no complaints with his order. The service was lackluster.

We love coming here anytime of day. The food is tasty and something for what everyone is craving. Atmosphere is perfect. Ashley and Amanda are both great servers. Love love love the mimosa pitchers.

Yesterday marked our second visit to this Cracker Barrel location. Both times, we were very impressed by the manager's exceptional treatment of his staff, by the wait staff's positive attitude, and by the delicious meal options.

Josefina was our waitress yesterday; she was so impressive: smiling, patient, cheerful, and prompt in refilling coffee and water!

The waitress we had said she had a lot of tables. I waited 15 minutes for my water to get we filled. She walked past us and filled somebody else’s tea and didn’t fill my wife’s tea. It wasn’t gravy two of the chicken fried chickens and we asked for it. They had to bring gravy later. The service was horrible.

Everything was great until I was charged twice for the same meal. The cashier said that wouldn't happen. There was a problem with the system it was taking a very long time to confirm payment. It confirmed my payment for me to see it but not for her to see it. Payment was ran again on another register so now I was charged twice for the same meal. Not very happy about that, so now I have to take time out to go back to Cracker Barrel with documentation to get my money back. This process will take sometime since it has to go to the corporate office. I probably won't ever go back to Cracker Barrel again and I realize I am only one person but just not willing to deal with the same issue.

Ordered in the CB App. Was offered a free dessert for my birthday. Added it to the order but still ended up paying for it bc the “coupon” wasn’t applied. Because it was an online order and I paid in advance, the person I spoke to when I picked up the order couldn’t do anything. Part of our order was not in the bag even though there was a checklist taped to the bag showing everything had been double checked. Had to call twice and be placed on hold for 5+ minutes to get a manager to make it right. They did make it right but involved an extra trip to the store.
