Crazy Good Barbeque - Bar & Eats

The food is Great! However, I personally dislike the Guilt tipping on the card reader. I walked up to cashier and paid debit card, the reader would NOT proceed unless I left a Tip. No waitress helped me, no person making less than min. wage, I served myself, but was asked to tip. The cashier reached around, Yelled NO TIP, and processed the card.

I purchased 2 slabs of the spareribs as well as a large baked beans. The ribs were so tender and delicious. Everything was amazing, I will be going back.

Tried it. It's not crazy good, I can tell you that. Their BBQ sauce is weird - didn't care for the taste at all. I miss Big Bubbas.

When is came in I thought this will either be a hidden jem or mediocre food based of my review you can tell what it was I hope everybody was so friendly and great food workers were so nice and we haven't looked at the menu before we went in and she was patient with us with which I noticed immediately and everything was great love this place!!

It's an awesome place to eat and the food is crazy good

Chicken was chewy. Indication that is was over done. Brisket was dry which is usually a sign of not enough fat left on the meat. Beans were good. Cheesy corn was flavorless. I want to like it but with Joe's so close its hard to justify.

Update - man… this is good BBQ. Ordered a a lot for a family event and it was great. The brisket was excellent and the burnt ends were perfect. I’m picky and was very happy. In fact I’m eating leftover burnt ends on the plane this morning. Great smoke and flavor.

I LOVE THEIR BBQ!!! Typically go to Q39 and JS - but this is my new favorite.

TL;DR - Food is phenomenal but service is lacking.

I've been here so many times, and every single time I go, something is messed up. Takeout orders missing BBQ sauces, getting the wrong sauces, missing sandwiches, horseradish on things it was requested removed from, orders consistently taking 10-20 minutes longer than estimated (even when the restaurant is empty). One time I ordered an hour ahead for 7 people, and it was only when I got there that they told me they hadn't started on it because they don't do ordering ahead unless it's to go (which is fine, but tell me that while I'm on the phone and not after I've got my entire family there, expecting food to be ready). These are just a few of the plethora of issues I've had.

But here's the thing - the food is so. Incredibly. Good. I feel like I'm in an unhealthy relationship because I keep coming back. The burnt end burner and fries here are my favorite BBQ, period. Absolutely unmatched flavor on the sandwich and the crispiness + seasoning of the fries makes them top tier in my opinion. The sweet & tangy BBQ sauce is on my birthday wish list this year because I can't get enough of it.

Staff has always been friendly, and the building is nice enough, but I don't think I've ever had a visit where there wasn't a problem of some kind - and I promise I'm not overly critical of everything all the time. This place has some of my favorite food in the world, I just wish I could get it from somewhere else.

Food is good, but these people need to get it together with their customer service! There’s no reason I place an online order and it’s not ready for 2.5 hours, that is ridiculous. And the old lady inside said she would refund my order… And they kept my money never refunded me.
