I feel bad with the way I left the store about an hour ago. The workers and I had a miscommunication because someone else in my family ordered online and therefore had the link to check in. I was just in charge of pick up and I was by myself. When I got my order, I felt like I was short with the worker helping me (tall, curly haired man, early 20s?) and I didn't mean to. I meant for my response to be lighthearted and humorous and I'm afraid that's not how it came across. I apologize. Anyways, its the holidays and those employees are dealing with a lot right now. Of course I will be coming back to this location and to other crumbl stores, and they did a fabulous job considering how busy it was.

This was my very first time trying Crumbl. It was amazing! Well worth the wait. ☺️ The staff was friendly, and the cookies were very pretty, unique, and delicious! There are so many different flavors to try! I will be frequenting! Just... how fun!! I'm so impressed!🥰

I did not have a great experience at this location. The girl working was pretty rude and passive aggressive. I didn't catch her name but I do know I was in and out within 5 minutes and it wasn't a great experience. She wasn't kind at all.
