Nathen Burkett was the nice young man that took my order. It was very helpful and accommodating to my want for six pretzel sticks for five dollars. I love him with all my heart.

Horrible experience, wait time is too long for derive through. Took almost 50 min. Seems only 2 person handles the entire Store.

Has anyone noticed a difference in their soft serve? It’s not the same, not as creamy. Almost like there’s too much water in it. We ordered 2 chocolate dip cones and I’m sad to say, there has to be something going on with their soft serve. Hopefully just a bad batch.

Today I went to pick up a banana split blizzard. I've been ordering them for more years than I can remember. Today they put in so much chocolate sauce it just dominated the flavor. I took it to the front and frankly got world class treatment from the young lady at the counter. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but in a world where the art of quality customer service is dying she shined. I wish I remembered her name to giver her personal credit. First time in a Dairy Queen,the food was good, the new blizzard was delicious. Only complaint was how long it took for someone to take our order, and then the wait time to receive food. Other than that I'd go back for the blizzards!!

I got a triple burger and they gave me a double, im genuinely afraid someone will spit in this food if I send it back so I had to just suck it up. Genuinely disappointed

Dairy Queen upper management doesn’t care about their safety of their staff and hasn’t trained them on anything. They fired a good worker!

Burger and chicken tenders tasted horrible. Compared to like Freddie’s or Culver’s or canes it’s not good. The ice machine was out of ice too
