Burger and chicken tenders tasted horrible. Compared to like Freddie’s or Culver’s or canes it’s not good. The ice machine was out of ice too

I picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday party from this location today and was highly disappointed when we got home and saw it. The picture on the cake was bubbly and my daughter's name wasn't even capitalized. There were multiple spots on the sides of the cake that were uneven and falling apart. Then, there was a brown string-like object in the cake too. We couldn't serve the cake at our party and were left scrambling at the last minute to find another cake.
The store was also very dirty inside with a lot of things looking like they haven't been cleaned in awhile.

They managed to forget all about us. By the time my Aunt called them in it, it had been at least 20 minutes (my son watched an entire episode of Harley Quinn) it then took almost just as much time to actually get our food.I understand their thing is ice cream. That's cool. Great ice cream. But maybe stick to being just an ice cream shop if you're gunna put in top notch effort on that almost zero effort on the food.Also, I'm one of those weird ones that like to dip their fries and ice cream and it kind of sucked that my ice cream was completely melted by the time I got the food to begin with so I was more just dipping french fries into very cold thick milk. But we did see a beautiful rainbow on our way out so that was nice ??‍♀️

Parking: I mean ... It's your average parking lot

Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop, across the kid friendly. The person who initially took our order a beautiful My son was not hurt first at death customer because she was able to easily sign of you simple words and pull out the different menu book to help him pick what he wanted because what he was saying just didn't make any sense. But she was really hopeful and it was greatly appreciated. I just think she shouldn't have to be the one to stand out in the crowd.
