It’s not just this location. It is all locations. Their service is slow for being a fast food place. It’s 20 to 30 minutes for your order. They need to have more seating in there lobby

Michelle S was the lady who took our order and was amazing. Our food was excellent and service was top notch! We noticed a kid that ate his food and it was too hot for him and she was kind enough to get him some vanilla ice cream to help. I will definitely be coming back after our experience!!

i had a free reward in app. i tried to redeem in store but the app was having issues. i redownloaded the app and restarted my phone and the issue was still persistent. i even handed a staff member my phone and it didn’t work. i asked if they could honor it but the cashier was so rude and angry that i wanted to use my reward. she was acting like it was coming out of her paycheck and i was stealing food. she verified herself that the app showed a reward but i couldn’t scan it. rude staff thinking they are so high and mighty. i just decided to pay for my food since i was already there and ate it in my car since there is no seats inside. way too many people. food was great but staff was insanely horrible. i’m this close to stop eating here.

Love that they have 6 or 7 heat levels so my family and I can all choose a level we enjoy. The front desk staff is always polite and happy too.

This is definately better location than the downtown one. The chicken here is significantly tender and juicy. The consistency of spice level is also more accurate than the downtown one.
The owner needs to focus on the consistency of spice level of downtown location.
Went there and the bites were inedible for my kids they were so hard. Fries are ALWAYS COLD! I took my son (Who had Alpha Gal) to Dave’s for lunch. We got an allergy free meal and my son was SO excited because he cannot eat out much. The staff was very nice and answered my cross contamination questions. Definitely will be going back! Oh yah! And the food was AMAZING!
