No one nicer than the young lady that works there. Donuts by far are the best. She never rushes us or my granddaughter. Case is always full or they are filling. And the custard inside is more than ample. Clean, friendly and delicious!!

Disappointing donuts, just don’t taste good. Poor customer service. You’re better off going down the street to KC Donuts or even McDonalds.
I ordered ahead since it seems Everyone likes the same donuts I do. If I walk in they never have them. So I order ahead for the creme filled. I was disappointed since there was less than a teaspoon of filling in each of the Bismarks. So I guess since the quality has dropped so much in the last two years I will have to find another don't shop or go to wal mart. And sadly they charge for the filling so you should get what you pay for. NOT ANYMORE.

Very hit and miss. Depending on who is working, they may adequately fill your donuts and prepare your drink correctly. However, upon ordering a small iced coffee, it was clear that ice was added right to hot coffee. When I received the drink, there was no ice. That’s not an exaggeration. I received tepid, watered down coffee. This made it immediately taste old and I could only muster a couple sips before disposing of it. As for my raspberry filled donut, again, no exaggeration, I ate 80% of the donut before encountering ANY filling. I was so disappointed.I had gone here once before and received perfectly filled fluff donuts, but now if I see the woman who serves me most recently, I will turn around and walk out, knowing she will not prepare an order correctly.

UPDATE- Manager called. Nice guy. Feel like he was genuinely concerned. Refunded order. I wont remove complete original review, but will amend some of it.I went through yesterday. Ordered 6 donuts (2-chocolate long johns, 2 raised sugar, 2 powdered sugar) simple right. Server walked back and forth so many times telling me" we are out of" have one left, just circling.Then back to case.. So after 20 minutes I paid. Charged for 7 donuts. 6 was ordered. Left message.So my conclusion. They have some things to work out and overcome. Again, Manager sounds genuine. Sometimes things happen. I will try again after a bit of time, let things settle.
