Ordered and waited forever for the food…at this point 1.5 hours and cannot get a hold of anyone at store. Prefer to have my money back at this point!!!! Used to be our favorite pizza but this is the second time that we wrapped forever for pizza and can’t get a hold of anyone.
This location at 135th and Greenwood in Olathe is constantly not preparing orders in a reasonable amount of time. The staff working does not show any consideration and a low level of customer service. They very plainly blame being short staffed with no apologies. Yet they have plenty of time to stand around or lean on the counter texting on their phones.
We all understand that companies are short staffed right now. But a poor attitude towards the customers is not acceptable....read full review
