The pizza was fine but our wings came out with the sauce just squirted on top. Very disappointing.

Ordered pizza for carry out. Said 15 minutes it was ready in 10, but it was worst pizza. Like it had been sitting around and they just warmed it up. Burnt tasted awful. Had just got my kids one on Saturday and it was just fine. I think they did not cook it fresh and will not buy another one.

I ordered a an all meat, with Mushrooms and Jalepenos, came home, and only had mushrooms and jalepenos. aka, no meat. I paid for meat - didn't get any meat.

Had a bad experience about a week ago. Pizza came an hour late, was cold and hard as a rock, and one of the boxes fell apart spilling pizza everywhere. Called and spoke with the manager JR. He was extremely apologetic and offered to rush replacements. We had already waited so long and kid were hungry, so I asked to credit me. They were short staffed and having issues with their boxes. Just called to redeem the credit and got JR again. He was again very apologetic and not only got my two pizzas, but didn't charge me for some add-ons I placed. Running a business, you're going to have bad days and unhappy customers. However I believe it's about how you handle it. This guy's customer service skills are on point and I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to deal with the stress. He was multitasking both times I called and just rolled with it. Took what would have been zero starts to five!

I'm shocked to see such a low review score for this Domino's. I thought everything was great with my experience yesterday. Delivery came very quick. The tracker was neat to follow and very accurate. The food was still very hot . We tried the cinnamon twists for the first time and I couldn't stop eating them. They were so good. Our thin crust pizza was cut in squares which I didn't prefer too much because it reminds me of Imos which I don't like but it didn't take away from everything else being good. The other pizza was a pan crust so I was good. I'm going to start ordering from you guys more so keep up the good work. Thanks.

Despite the reviews i went ahead and took a chance and wasn’t disappointed! Considering the bad weather and constant snow fall and bad road conditions i went with the closest. I done an online order for the $9.99 any toppings any crust! My fiancé was greeted upon entering and customer service wasn’t over the top or anything but wasn’t bad either. Our pizza was no 10 but it hit the spot!

Went in right before close. Tje guys were great they accidentally made 2 of the pizzas large instead of medium and told me I got a bonus. I thanked them and dropped a extra 5 in the tip jar.

Horrible. Looks like they are starting to skimp on toppings. Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce like I always do and I can't even see ANY sauce on my pizzas. Absolutely trash.

Three times in a row, I have had issues. The past two times it was with the temperature of the food and the lack of toppings. This time, today is how many bubbles were in my pizza.And how many slices were more airy bread as opposed to topping covered slices. Not happy at all

Have never had a problem with this location. Quality of food is always great. While it does tend to get busy during dinner hours, the staff do what they can to get through it. Most people on here complaining about customer service show up earlier than their estimated wait time and get mad when it's not ready lol.
