I’ve always been a supporter of Vaders; carry out specifically, but after tonight’s encounter with “the owner” I will never again recommend nor support. Willy “the owner” is atrocious. His demeanor was awful; he had no idea what was going on or who he was serving/disrespecting. Be a better person and maybe life won’t be so hard!

I'm gluten free and this place serves the best gluten free fried food you'll find in KC. My husband is not gluten free and he loves it too! Chicken strips, fries, vader's sauce and a hard cider will always be my order.
Would not recommend. My husband and I were excited to try and had been wanting to for awhile. Unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible. Greasy, oily, way too salty. We spent over $50 and it felt like a waste of money. The server was nice but we won’t be back.

A very celiac friendly grill and bar in downtown Olathe. The owner is very personable and extremely helpful when ordering gluten free selections off the menu. Almost everything there is gluten free, including a dedicated fryer. An excellent experience!!!

Unfortunately tonight was not the night to pick Vader's. We sat down and as we reviewed the menu on our phones a group of 6 sat down and were immediately served drinks. Perhaps regulars but we sat without even a hi, or we will be right with you. It's been at least a year since our last visit and the owner was always very fun to chat with. Perhaps it is under new ownership.

The Glaze n Blaze (or Blaze n Glaze?) Chicken sandwich with the paremsean garlic tots was an outstanding combo. I'm a clean the plate guy but today I was a sick the wrapper guy. Great balance of heat and flavor and would buy that sauce if yltjey chose to bottle it. Will be back for more soon!
