The coffee is DELICIOUS as always. I have also really enjoyed the $6 Meal deal, bagel bacon egg and cheese OR croisant bacon egg and cheese, 6pc tator rounds and medium drink. Great deal

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I was treated very unkindly by what seemed to be a Shift Leader. I pulled into the drive thru during a non-peak time to pick up my customer's order and they initially said pull up to the window, then made me wait at the window only to tell me that I needed to come in and get the order. I immediately found a place to park and then came in and it was ready for me which means they could have simply handed it out the window. I understand that not all drivers are kind or courteous, but I went through the drive through at a non-peak time and I was very kind to the workers. I provide access to customers who otherwise would not order from this location and I deserve to be treated with respect.

Coffee taste burnt. I ordered a caramelized craze & it was just coffee with a splash of creamer. No flavor of Carmel what-so-ever. Loaded hash browns were…not good. Pretty disappointing for the wait time- The lady at pick up was kind though & did apologize about that.
Girl on the drive thru was so rude. I come here alot. Mentioned how the girl taking the order was rude and the other girl told me I was rude. This is how it went, I started my order, 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Then she said, are you done with your order? I said, no, why? She seemed very rushed, like I was an inconvenience. Usually people here are nice, today may 31st whoever the 2 girls on the microphone were, need to learn about customer service.

I used to LOVE getting my morning fix of coffee, it could only come from dunkin but just this year since the remodle things have gone down hill! So many times I have gone to get my coffee and it is made wrong. When I've called to talk to manager about it, they don't have one available. Just this morning I got a coffee... so gross! I can't even drink it and since I can't ever get a manager I have lost out on money and a drink. This caramel craze has no caramel in it, no sweetener nothing but cream and can't even taste any coffee. So disappointed!

The hash browns almost make us vomit, soggy, burnt, and broken into pieces. McDonald’s has 10 times better hash browns. The employees are very nice and efficient. They just need to learn how to properly make food other than donuts.
