They are ALL super friendly and always make my day it's the absolute best way to start my day. I ordered a dub shot over ice with 4 ounces of 2% milk, an ounce of sugar-free vanilla with a caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Came up to $3.70. When I got up to the window after paying and tipping, the manager/ Lys was so incredibly rude. She told me that I was no longer allowed to order my drink this way and that I would have to order it as a golden eagle which is a full cup, which is not what I asked for. She said either way I would be charged the same going forward. I came back another day after speaking with the manager at another location, was able to order the drink and pay but when I got to the window., was told by Demetri and Delaney that my order was refunded and I could no longer be served there per Lys /manager.

Service was good, drinks tasted good but we ordered a soda water for our son and he ended up drinking a PRESS ON NAIL. I am shocked that this drink was made without. Gloves on. Due to lack of hygiene I will not be going to this location
Have to give 5 stars based on staff service and friendliness. First time at a Dutch Bros location since first time ever in KS! Interestingly enough though the building is large, it’s all drive thru, no inside coffee shop seating! The location is nice that there’s plenty of parking and egress for drive thru. Got the caramel drink, delicious.
