Was my first time there. The young lady working there was extremely helpful and very kind. What a way to be able to eat healthy. She explained how the food is prepared. How they have the breakfast the lunch and the dinners and then the snack and how you pick out what you want and you can either eat it there or go I love the menu telling you how many grams of protein how many grams of carbs what your sugar is. This place is amazing with the amount of healthy choices they have! GLUTEN FREE pasta! Yummy protein bites & low carb options. I appreciate the no preservatives and low sodium. So convenient for my busy schedule and adaptable to my healthy lifestyle. Friendly staff and customer service, MUST try!
