Stopped in here randomly on my lunch break and so glad I did. I had the carne asada tacos, queso, and hot sauce. The homemade hot sauce is good, taste like habaneros which I love. The tortillas are handmade and so delicious! Everything was great and I will be back for lunch if I'm working in this area ; ) the service was excellent. The waitress didn't rush me on anything, which I appreciate. I hate when I go to a restaurant and they try to rush everything, but this waitress...
Reading some of the reviews for El Saguaro, some people called it a hole in the wall type joint.I'd agree.Food was really good.The queso was great.Tacos had extra toppings available. Not just meat in a tortilla.My kiddo liked her quesadilla.I gave atmosphere 3 stars because it's a hole in the wall joint. Not a corporate "Mexican restaurant with fancy murals on the walls.
First time and this place was the best I've found in JoCo. Quality, flavor, quantity, price, and speed were all impressive. My grandmother is Native to Mexico, and this reminded me of her cooking. 11/10. Won't be going anywhere else.
