I had an order to pick up
I called the number for the store and the owner answered … I said no one was there and an order had been placed and paid for and no one was there
The owner was the most self absorbed person ever
Instead of apologizing that no employee was there
I said this order has been placed the customer and the driver were out and she had the audacity to say well she wasn’t making any money from the store because the employee didn’t show up
That attitude tells all of the owners thoughts
No concern for the customer

I've been a very frequent visitor over the past year because I like the product. I used to always get fantastic service and my bowls were always made very consistently. But since there have been a lot of new faces added, the consistency of the quality has wavered. The last bowl I got was one giant spoonful of granola after another as the amount of base was not as much as it should have been.. I had a mere six blueberries on top. I told them no lid and they put a lid on it anyways. Also, if you ask about the nutrition information they have nothing in the store to give you, they will not talk about it, and they only direct you to the website which is not very transparent either. It doesn't list the nutrition information for any of their signature bowls. The app doesn't allow one to leave a note for your order. I would call if I had any specific instructions like layer the base flavors on top of each other instead of side by side. For the past couple of months, their phone hasn't worked so if I order on the app to save time, I can't call to ask them to change anything. On the positive side, I love that their fruit is organic. That's huge for me as a former cancer patient. And it's nice to have a loyalty reward so you can earn a free bowl. Overall I love the bowls and I think they taste much better than another smoothie chain.

Bowls are pricey, but I'm not going to gather all the ingredients to make my own... We'll go back next time we're in the area. I thought I had taken a better photo...

Im only in town for a few days, but I've been there twice! Ya know how they say if it tastes good, it's bad for ya? Well NOT ANYMORE! I went with someone else both times, so I've tasted 4 different bowls and every one has been phenomenal! I wish I had more time to go back and try more!
It is pretty expensive, but seems like anything that's healthy is these days.

What an adorable shop! Staff is super friendly. And you can tell how passionate they are about the quality and products they provide. The bowls we got were super tasty and this shop is super clean as well. The owner loves this place and you can tell. Please come try this place, you won't regret it!
