I have always had very good customer service the staff are always welcoming and friendly I can’t say how much that means to customers!! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious! Keep up the great work!
It’s staff like you that keep me coming back!

Hello Firehouse Subs Olathe Station.

My first experience was amazing I heard from my friend and I got a chance to eat unknowingly, later on I by myself found this place and went to eat sandwich they received me well and we had a good experience.

Later on I again chosen this place to try the same sandwich it’s next level.

The speciality of this Place and Sandwich is nice and packed well in a good box and also cheese gets steamed and it’s going to by juicy sandwich.

I definitely recommend this place to try and enjoy your juicy and delicious sandwich, They customize it more and they give you good experience.

We love this Firehouse Subs location. Club On A Sub is a great sandwich and their meatball subs are one of the best out there. Don't forget to get a brownie for dessert!

went in with my wife 7-18-25 about 3:00 Pm. 119th in Olathe . One Table 0f 2 eating and one table of 5 sitting waiting . Tried to call and order ahead phone just rings no one picks up. Drove to the store 2 employees behind the counter no one acknowledges you just stand there. While waiting to make order spoke to male employee and asked if phones are working he stated looking to the back storage area "Yes but we just don't have time to answer it. I asked "what if you wanted to call in a large order he stated the same thing. After we ordered out 2 sandwiches the older female behind the counter spent the rest of the time we were in the store talking on her cell phone by the sounds of the conversation it was a personal call. She was able to talk on her phone for over 15minutes but not answer the store phone. No one has called back and I have left 3 messages with the person that took our order still have not been contacted. Tried to call Corp office in Jacksonville Florida no one picks up. That's sad because they could do so much for our Firefighters no one seems to care not even the Store Franchise Dan Oswald.

Received my order and it was delivered wrong. I'm allergic to onions and there was literally extra onions. Needless to say I'm out my money and food.

This location is terrible. They are regularly behind on orders, so getting your order takes forever regardless if you go in or order online. Also they are regularly out of certain items, so if you order online to pick up, they don't tell you until you get there.

We enjoy the subs and always satisfied with the experience. Ordered online and pick up. Greeted by people, said thank you and they responded.

We enjoy the italian, ny steamer and Hook and ladder.

Manager is nice. The previous order went to this location from t lhe online order service. I needed it to go to 119th and Metcalf. She ignored the order and told me to contact the online order service, grubhub or someone, I did. I was able to cancel the order and get a refund. I appreciate her help.

Parking: Never had an issue finding a spot.

Store is absolutely filthy. The staff is slow and prioritize online orders over instore orders. My order took 30 mins to complete and it was wrong.
