Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Never coming back here again. Don't waste your time with this Freddy's. First, the workers there are highly unprofessional and rude. They did not care that a customer was around while talking about work drama. The prices are a little to high for what I ordered. I only bought an original double cheese burger with fries and it was poorly put together. A lot of stuff for it, was missing. If you want a really good Freddy's, I would say go to any other one besides this one. Save your money. Don't waste your money on the service here.

I never write reviews, but my experience warranted one. I was coming back from a KU football game and stopped by the drive thru which I do a fair amount here . Upon getting home after being gone all day getting I noticed the ordered was and called up and told them I ordered a double cheeseburger and I had something with jalapeños on it and pepper jack cheese and Jalapeños on it. The young man on the phone questioned if I was lying after telling him after being gone all day I didn’t want to come back up. After that I drove up and showed him it was completely different than what I ordered and he apologized and I asked for a refund but he stared blank at me before he finally refunded my money after I had to repeat myself. I left my number for a manager to call me because I realized it was a little late and the crew was younger. I never received a call waited 3 days , which only added to the terrible experience! I have been coming here often and I know people make mistakes I myself worked in the service industry but the disrespect was just mind blowing.

Very nice people working here. They are working hard to meet their costumers satisfactions. Great job and continue the good work

Vegetarian options: They have black-bean burger which is good and fries, of course. The burger is not on the inside menu so just ask.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 large parking spaces at front with easy access, doors are not automatic

Went to dine in 9-12-24 at 10:45. The girl who took our order was in a horrid mood, didn’t say thank you or anything. Then a guy who looks to be homeless just sitting there distracting the girls working by talking etc, service was horrible.

To me it was mostly like a Culver's but unlike Culver's they had a grilled cheese hamburger that was awesome and they had some of the best tater tots I've had anywhere.

We just wanted a nice meal, but the soda fountain was filled with black mold. We notified the manager and he continued serving it. Not one person made an attempt to clean the machine. We warned an off duty employee about it because she was about to get a drink. A larger female employee with a hello kitty belt started screaming us we had to leave even though we were trying to go anyway after seeing the conditions of the restaurant. Disgusting food and even more disgusting service.

So I ordered a meal with a drink and had seen the drink machine had mold all over it. I told the manager and he said 'yeah the health inspector just marked me for that'. Then another customer comes up and he rings up a meal and a drink and the manager doesn't say anything about the machine having any issues. So we told the customer to maybe pass on the drink this time. Another manager comes out and threatens to call the police on us, yells at us that we can't talk to other customers and demands that we leave.

I was here using a free meal voucher that I got when they previously messed up my order. I ordered and gave the girl working the meal card, the vibe immediately changed and the girl didn't say a word after that. A man (manager maybe?) handed me the food, the sandwich was literally thrown together in the box, which was fine, didn't effect the deliciousness.
After the man handed me the food and slammed the window I realized I was never given my drink. I sat and waited for a few minutes, nothing. I knocked on the window, still... nothing. So, I honked. The girl comes back and gives me a drink with ice. No biggy, I told her I asked for no ice when I ordered and she remade the drink after a couple more minutes.
Both employees I had the displeasure of dealing with severely lack customer service.
If you're okay with rudeness and yummy food, this is an ok option for you. But for me, , I will just take my Freddy's business to the Lenexa location moving forward.
