Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went there cause I was starving and they said no we’re not giving fries and they payed us 30$ and gave us barely any food and I was starving starving I can’t believe these people did this Thsi is hull

I have been there numerous times. It's normally one of my favorites, but not tonight. The patty melt I got was so salty, it was hard to eat. The French fries were also incredibly salty. I was so disappointed this time. The service was fantastic, as it always is! The place is always clean & cheery, too!
I'm glad this was not my first impression, because I wouldn't have ever gone back.

I went to freddys tonight, because it sounded good and I havent had it in a while, well now i remember why i havent, First off they asked if we wanted sauce for the tenders at the speaker and then never got it, We also ordered large drinks and got mediums. And I had asked for only ketchup and pickle on my burger and got mustard and pickle. Very disappointing.

The brisket steakburger was AWESOME. ONLY a short time to have one be sure and try it. The French Fries are thin and crispy so yum. Thanks for this Gma having a treat.

Never coming back here again. Don't waste your time with this Freddy's. First, the workers there are highly unprofessional and rude. They did not care that a customer was around while talking about work drama. The prices are a little to high for what I ordered. I only bought an original double cheese burger with fries and it was poorly put together. A lot of stuff for it, was missing. If you want a really good Freddy's, I would say go to any other one besides this one. Save your money. Don't waste your money on the service here.

I never write reviews, but my experience warranted one. I was coming back from a KU football game and stopped by the drive thru which I do a fair amount here . Upon getting home after being gone all day getting I noticed the ordered was and called up and told them I ordered a double cheeseburger and I had something with jalapeños on it and pepper jack cheese and Jalapeños on it. The young man on the phone questioned if I was lying after telling him after being gone all day I didn’t want to come back up. After that I drove up and showed him it was completely different than what I ordered and he apologized and I asked for a refund but he stared blank at me before he finally refunded my money after I had to repeat myself. I left my number for a manager to call me because I realized it was a little late and the crew was younger. I never received a call waited 3 days , which only added to the terrible experience! I have been coming here often and I know people make mistakes I myself worked in the service industry but the disrespect was just mind blowing.
