I love frozen custard, it’s usually worth the long wait in line. Unfortunately it was like they left ours sitting out the entire time in line.Once we drove out of the parking lot I looked and both of ours were very melted.I wouldn’t have minded the wait if the frozen custard was frozen still.

I used to get Freddy's once a week or so, but then moved to an area that they're not in. I wondered if it was just nostalgia clouding my judgment when I went back by for dinner? Nope, still just as good as ever. Fast service, excellent quality. Will always grab a bite from here when I can.

Since when did fast food start taking longer than a sit down restaurant? The drive-thru was at a near stand still. I don't know if that was normal or if there was an issue. Personally, I won't be finding out.

When i asked if there were grilled onions on the patty melt resonse was "thats what makes it a matty melt isnt it?" I was humbled by that response. So I said oh, and ordered a patty melt with extra grilled onions. I don't know how much a normal amount of grilled onion is but thats how much they gave me when I asked for extra grilled onion. Unfortunately will not be coming back here again. I'm sure the experience is better for others. They may have just not liked my uninformed self. So don't be stupid and think your going to get good service. Needless to say I didn't eat the Matty melt.

We ordered 3 items a large chili cheese fry one a regular signature turtle concrete and a large pumpkin pie shake. It took them 18 minutes and we received a small pumpkin pie concrete instead of a shake. And the turtle concrete came with a dirty sticky lid. The chili cheese fries were fine though.

Went through the drive through. Girl taking orders was on her game, extremely polite, and got all my annoying custom requests. Food was delicious. Also, best peanut butter shake I've had since I last had one with my grandfather years ago when he was still with us. And drive thru girl deserves a promotion Stat for her multitasking ? thx Freddie's team! Well done
