Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

We went to Golden Corral on Black Bob Road after church today. It was the BEST EVER! Varieties of food, hot or cold items, fresh and delicious!!! Service was fantastic!!! Excited to go back!!!

We had eat here for a while. We went around 1pm, so should have been still prime lunch time, right. We'll could've been more wrong. They had a new manger, at least she was pleasant, the last one was not, we were seated right away. The experience went down from there. Proceeded to the buffet, I tried the taco meat, it wasn't warm. I thought, I get a piece of steak. My friend an I went up together, he waited on her 1st, hers was burnt. Then left me standing there and wandered off into the back, came back with pizza. I finally got his attention, I asked for steak and got a pork chop, at least it was hot, which is more than I can say for the baked potato, which wouldn't even melt the butter. The sweet potato casserole also cold. My husband said so we're the mashed potatoes too. All it was a total disappointment. Save your money.

We have been to this one and the one in Topeka so far. The staff is very friendly, good is plenty and fresh. We enjoyed every bite.

This place has been going down hill for years. I thought it was the company that had changed until I visited a store 4 hours away in OKC. The Olathe store has more in common with a mexican restaurant that with the Original Golden Corral. The ice "cream" taste like they used water and vanilla instead of cream. It is watery and grainy instead of smooth and creamy. The staff is mostly hispanic and many don't seem to speak English. There are often dirty dishes sitting around and has an old dirty look.

Very good place to eat. We go there five days a week for lunch. Manager very friendly and on top of everything. She is a very hard worker. Our favorite waitress is Kaitlyn. Very friendly.

The employees are rude. And disrespectful. Have been coming here for years with my entire family. But will no longer do so. You need to hire more help or pay your employees better so they aren't so shitty to the paying costumers.

They always seemed to change out one selection for another. It gave it more of a " pick and choose" selection if you will. I would definitely return again.

Used to service this place. Bernie might be the rudest person ive met. The back is always so so gross that i wouldnt eat the food when it was given to me.
David was always awesome, way better then bernie

I really like this location. The manager is always working hard and setting a great example for staff which makes the service top tier. They seem to have fun here. The food is pretty consistent. The counters are always clean. I enjoy dining here.

I hadn’t ate at GC in years so I was super excited!! The Customer service we received was outstanding! I was a little disappointed in the food considering I paid I think $10.99 a pound for a takeout order which adds up very quick for 2 to-go containers and one of them nowhere near full it came out to be a total of $55. I will say the gentleman that had taken the order recommended that we eat inside for a better price!! The meatloaf was decent and the 🌽 corn, and I did like the rolls that the manager gave me 6 for free!! The rest of my food I ended up throwing the rest away!

Delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere that, although it doesn't look modern, is very nice, and I love the music they play. The ladies serving the tables are lovely too, but some Latinas don't look very happy hahaha anyway, AWESOME!!
