Golden Corral was the go to place to eat for families and reunions in Ohio ( 1990’s n 2000)where I’m from. As time went on in started to close and got gross.
We decided to try this one out for dinner on a weekday and breakfast last Saturday.
Very surprised 😮 . It was clean for being late night. Looked like it used to be. Wide variety of food. It’s a little outdated, some tiles on ceiling need work but clean.
Definitely will be back. They also have a discount for over 60.

Can the corporation please SERIOUSLY CONSIDER adding gratuity into their prices We don’t go all the time but we went recently there were tables with laaaarge parties. The servers were working so hard to keep everyone happy only to see the servers cleaning the tables and no tips left yea yea I should mind my own business but I think they need to add a gratuity of like 5 bucks minimum to each ticket…. We tipped our server extra we will be back again I’m sure please please consider adding gratuity especially to large party tables thanks

Literally the BEST Golden Corral I have ever been to.

Been a while since I've been to Golden Corral. Theyve really upped their game. Food presentation was awesome and everything tasted great.

Great service dont get me wrong but, frankly i should never get food poisoning for wanting to go out to eat… spent the last day and a half throwing up and diarrhea….

There is literally no food to choose from everything I ate looked like it wasn’t cooked well enough. me and my wife left asap!!! And right after we left my wife started puking like crazy. I didn’t feel much until 5 min after driving I had to stop by a trash can and started puking a LOT!!! the chicken also looked like it wasn’t cooked at all also didn’t have any seasoning to it. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

My husband both puked 5 minutes after leaving this place. Only stayed for a few minutes after looking around and seeing non of the food looked even appetizing. Ate a few selective things and was disgusted. Never returning again.

Great place. Highly recommend. I drove an hour because the one near me was disgusting and extremely rude. When I stepped thru the line the lady here was extremely respectful and helpful. Had 2 kids she carried our drinks back for us since our hands were full. Before she clocked out she came by our table to make sure everything was good. The food was amazing. I seen 3 dishes of the okra made fresh in 30 min. They were amazing about keeping the food hot and fresh. They had a Easter and st Patrick's day decorations up. They were also having a kids night. Had games, prizes, and balloons. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!

This place is nasty. Should not be open. Hardy any English speaking staff. Never cleaned. Food is horrible

Absolutely by far the WORST in every way imaginable. Staff trash, floors so sticky your feet stick, tables never cleaned, bathrooms nasty. Food is terrible. They either undercook or overcook everything. You can tell that the keep the leftover food for longer than they should and serve. They tried to give out chocolate dipped strawberries that were old and mushy. The ice cream machine had mold showing in the tube. The cotton candy machine was only turned on when a member of the staff’s family asked for some and not for customers. Save yourself from being upset or a trip to the ER and go to the one in independence DO NOT GO HERE
