The Olathe location by Maj R Thrift was great! Food was great, the facility was pretty clean for fast food, and the people were fantastic. My mom forgot her purse and we called to tell them we were heading back but it was over a 20-minute drive and they found it and put it in a safe location and we're really kind of about it.

I waited at the window after I paid for 15 minutes for them to then come to the window and tell me they was out of something I ordered. I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get me food!!! Won’t be back and this was at 9pm when they wasn’t even busy!! Won’t be back

The only thing that surprised me more than how terrible the service was was how filthy it was. Walked in it was dead as can be. Old food littered the floor. I saw a basket of fries above the fryer that I know should be frozen from years of fast food totally thawed. It took the person working register about a minute to acknowledge our presence even though she was standing right there doing nothing. While she was taking our order I got a great view of the drive through Guys underwear. The food was so dry and revolting the only way I ate it was by drenching it in ranch. After our food was ready and sitting in the window it sat for a while then when we finally got someone to grab our food. She walked right to where they hold the sauces because I had asked for a ranch turned around without grabbing any and handing me my tray. Finally makes sense that no matter what time a day I drive past here it was always deserted.
