Parking: Getting in is easy and the location is highly viable. Getting out don’t forget to go one street south to the Home Depot exit or you can’t go north on K-7!

I used to order here all the time till the app and online ordering became preferred. Calling in and making a pick up order was so much easier before. Be sure to check that you have all your items and that they are correctly assembled. My omelet was missing all the toppings that was supposed to be on it. Definitely not going to be ordering from here any time soon if ever again.
Walked in and we were sat pretty quickly. Drink orders took finally after 35 minutes, and food went in as well. Food was taking on the average 55 minutes to come out. At IHOP! Food came out cold, burnt, and in general gross. My French toast side was browned egg while dry bread in the middle. This store has management that don’t even know what the food looks like, nor do they care that you sit there for an hour and a half plus and get served crap food. This store needs shut down since they can’t get any competent management in there for the last few years.

Well it had been awhile since I had been to this IHOP, and honestly after the last visit I wasn't planning on coming back. BUT, today 1/31/25, I decided to go in. I noticed first thing that things had changed. And I have to say it was definitely for the better. New management, new cook. Service was excellent, thanks Crystal. So if you haven't been for awhile, stop by and give them another chance.
