This is one of the very few IHOPS that doesn’t participate in the kids eat free promotion and they don’t have any signs or notice anywhere. The manager said the sign “blew away in the wind and maybe they’d get a new one”. Also charged full price for kids drinks when they ordered kids meals. Buyer beware for sure and check your receipt.

I am grateful that IHOP has gluten free pancakes as an option. They do a good job with them and they taste great. Where they fail is on billing. Their clever Stack Exchange rewards program won't pay out GF pancakes, and their ability to sub out a buttermilk pancake for a GF one is broken. This weekend my "slight upcharge" to replace the pancake that came with my meal with a GF one was 40% of the cost of my meal. They don't give their staff the necessary tools to make their great GF pancakes available.

I went in there to eat for breakfast Sunday morning had two senior meals charge almost $30 with two coffees the service was horrible they did not come to the table one time the worst IHOP I've ever been at the servers on Sunday morning a guy with black hair should be fired he was on his cell phone instead of doing his work will never go back

I just had the most wonderful dining experience today. I stopped into the ihop in Olathe & was promptly seated & upon my seating down my lovely waitress Crystal greeted me with a beautiful smile. I ordered some delicious pancakes & some hashbrowns. While I waited for my food I noticed this lovely gentleman walking around talking with all of the tables. When he got to my table he introduced himself by his Name Mark & said he was the manager there & wanted to make sure I was comfortable & if there was anything he could get for me. But with my great server Crystal helping me I politely declined & told him how polite he was. I have not had that kind of service in quite some time. I got my food nice & hot & it was delicious. I finished my food & tipped the server & paid my bill. I will be telling all of my friends about the amazing service I had today. Such an amazing crew!! Thank you!!!

Very nice place, meal was great and Roma our waitress was supper pleasant.
It's been a while since I've been to IHOP but I was pleasantly surprised with their menu. $7 menu was wonderful but the add on is what gets you @ $4.29 for hashbrowns. Wild. The food was great other than that. Next time I'll look at the regular prices before agreeing to add something to my order and paying $15 for a meal and coffee.
Kid-friendliness: It's breakfast and the kids menu is available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Looks fairly easy to enter in the building with plenty of seating for wheelchairs.

My wife and I arrived at 6:15 this morning for breakfast and was told by the waitress that she was getting ready to leave but if we wanted to wait for 15 to 20 minutes for another waitress to show up we could. Decided to go to another restaurant so disappointed.
