Fast food is officially dead smh. I only eat fast food once every blue moon because the quality has gone down so much. When I do go its always cold low quality food. Same here, I came in at 12:30 during lunch. Staff was really nice but the burger was room temperature and the fries were actually hard and stale as if they were cooked the day before. I just left those cold nasty cardboard fries on the table and struggled thru eating some of that “Jumbo Burger” that I ended up tossing. I will never come back

SLOW!!!!!!! Sat in drive through for 20 mins before I got the food. When I ordered out of several things I wanted, then on top of it the fries were old and the food was cold. Never again!

My wife gets off at 9pm and by the time we get there, it is between 9:10pm and 9:20pm. And every damn time they only have fried food because they said they have already cleaned and turned off everything else. Not sure what that means. I could barely understand what she said each time. I love Jack In The Box. But this is ridiculous. Just put that you close at 9pm on google and the doors so more people won’t get confused.

I got the smashed Jack, hands down the worst burger I've ever had. It's was like a steamed meatloaf patty with herbs on a sweet bun, absolutely disgusting!!!

Dietary restrictions: the curly fries and tacos were the first fast food i found that didn't hurt me, after i finally quit doing gluten.

Burger was fantastic! Service was slower because there was only one person working both the drive thru and cooking the food, I believe. She did an excellent job. We enjoyed her politeness. French fries cooked to perfection just needs less salt. Medium sized drink was huge compared to other fast food joints. Will return for burgers in the future.
Restaurant had 4 people in lobby. Took 30mins to get food. Food was cold. Shake machine is down after you pay.

I order online and when I receive my food I had items missing, I order the breakfast platter and they forget my pancakes and bacon, they should really check before they hand over to customers.

The red hair woman was very rude to the employees ,and she drop my food , they didn’t have any tacos wth !
While the food in general has been great, the service at this location is always slow. I tend to order ahead but if you or the person ahead of orders on the spot be prepared to wait.
