I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person....

Received the wrong order Sunday evening and the owner reached out to me on Monday outside of operating hours/days to let me know she'd seen my review and wanted to replace my order on Tuesday when they reopened.

I've never experienced that level of customer service from an owner on their off day. Reminded me of why I always get my tofu from this place if I'm not cooking it myself.

Never disappointed at this exceptional Chinese Restaurant. Every dish I've had was fantastic. They offer an extensive menu. They definitely put alot of love and emence skill in their dishes.
