I want to start off by saying that the food was great. But the staff at this location- one lady in particular needs to have an attitude adjustment. The young kids working were doing a phenomenal job but the older lady making sandwiches was not only rude to them but also to the customers. Don’t know what you have going on in your life but maybe think of others and the way you treat them.

It was good. The sandwich experts were friendly. The place was semi clean, it was very busy. My first time here. Would come back for a quick sandwich. No option without a bun that I could see. No salads. Not a place for you if you’re watching carbs.

Great sandwich shop. Service is fast and friendly, subs are delicious. Whether I order online or in person everything comes out perfectly. Favorite items are the Big Kahuna add chipotle mayo, the Club Sub, and the original Italian Mikes way (sans onions for me, though). Yum yum YUM, I love sandwiches. I think the steak is superior to the chicken on hot subs, cheesesteak all the way! The chicken can be dry sometimes. Steak is always perfect. Go crazy, get extra steak!

Cynthia has some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Too bad too because I used to go to this shop weekly. Doubt I’ll be back after how she treated me this last time. She never had a good attitude the few times I’ve had to talk to her before but today I dared asked where my online order was. My bad for being a customer. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Jersey Mike's is always good. It's the only place that I can find an authentic Italian hoagie in the midwest.
OMG, the server wiped off the counter with a dirty rag. Never changed her gloves and proceeded to put my cheese and meat on bread, on the dirty wet counter with her dirty gloves on. Do I dare eat this sandwich. I am horrified. Please teach sanitation!!!

Sandwich was not made after I placed my order online, I went in an asked for my order was told it will be just a moment 20 minutes later and after watching 15 people leave with their food, I find out they aren't making it. Lady in charge was rude and that was the worst quality sandwich I have ever had. Wish I could give Zero stars.

This is a crazy busy location, but the sandwiches are always so much better than all of the other sandwich shops in the KC Metro (except maybe Bay Boy.) They work quickly here, but almost always get my orders correct. My wife prefers Jersey Mike's over Jimmy John's every time. And she really likes Jimmy John's too!My favorite is always any one of their actual steak Cheese steaks. Not crazy about chicken in a cheesesteak from any place.The team at this location are always super polite and willing to handle any special requests with a smile. Love coming to this location. Good food. Good service.

Ordered two sandwiches online from the Olathe location and disappointed with what I received . For one sandwich I asked for bread to be put on the grill to toast it and for the other I asked for chipotle mayo on the side and neither instructions was followed. Really wish they would have read my order and followed my request.
