Paul (the manager, I think) was super cool & professional. I originally ordered online. Turns out the order didn’t go thru but the pre authorization did. Paul explained the situation, assured me he’d check at the end of the shift to double check that it was only a pre authorization on their end but guided me to reach out to my bank if need be. He then happily took my order. I really appreciated his caring approach to the situation. Great customer service & sandwich. I’ll be back!

Never been inside a worse establishment. Two days ago it took them 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. They were running all over the place and nothing was organized. It was chaos but only 1 family of customers already eating in the restaurant. We order here often hoping it’ll get bigger but it’s a sloppy mess, lacking effort and a good amount of ingredients. The people working here are literally insane. My husband went there a few weeks ago and they said they didn’t have change for a $100 bill. Jimmy John’s?! Really?! The WORST establishment I’ve ever stepped into hands down. Should be shut down in my opinion.

I used to work at this Jimmy John's and I'm not sure what happened in the last 10 years but from the moment I walked in the guy at the front counter looked like he was ready to punch me in the face. He had the angriest look on his face. Very not welcoming. And even though I take the veggies off my sandwich, the meat portions were very small in minimal. I added bacon and they gave me the two smallest pieces of bacon ever.
All together, it just was not a pleasant experience walking into this. Jimmy John's.

I felt happy and ordered a large #12 but when I went to pay with 100$ bill they said they didn’t have enough change. I find that hard to believe in a successful business especially one so busy. I’m a loyal rewards member I’ve gone to multiple jimmy John’s and I’ve never had a problem paying with 100$ bills. I hate the service provided today and I want the company to know I’m calling customer service. I just hate the fact that I’ve could’ve choosen Panda Express and they wouldn’t have made me go get change for my LEGAL tender. And something else that ticked me off was the fact that they didn’t bag it and when I got a bag they wouldn’t bag it for me.

So Google is asking me for a review because I use this location to meet when selling things on FB Marketplace. Mainly because there's always a ton of parking available and it's hard to miss the vehicle you're meeting up with. (Unlike the Walmart parking lot it resides in, where you have to play musical cars. NO I SAID THE HOME SIDE, WHY WOULD I BE 3 SPOTS BACK ON THE GROCERY SIDE...) Any ways I used to love JJ but now their gargantuan sandwich is like $26, and the bread is still hard as you remembered it. I mean I should stop in so I don't lose this great meet up spot.

Parking: Probably 30 or so spots to park. There's only ever about 4 that have been taken. I'm sure that's mostly employees.

Kid-friendliness: Sometimes my kids go with me. Never had an issue. Give them a tablet and hope the buyers GPS time is close to accurate.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sure , they got these.

I love this jimmy John's the workers are so nice. But I beg you please open till 10pm at least!!! Please I'm tired of chipotle and I would get jimmy John's EVERY WORK DAY!!! Please 5 days a week you will have my money!!!!! Who do I have to talk to to make this a reality!

So disappointed in with my order last night. I ordered the tommy when I opened it is was so flat. Literally 3 small pieces of meat. No dressing. Went back in and asked is the really all the meat you get? For 10.00 I feel like I just bread. I said I can go to Walmart and buy a whole thing of turkey I Mean come on. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I have worked in the GameStop right next to this store for a year and a half. The staff here are always amazing, my orders are are always ready on time for my lunch, and always taste great. I have a sensitive stomach and am a picky eater, but I’ve never had a single issue here.

Got a Ceasar wrap and it was absolutely disgusting. Kindly asked if I could exchange it for a different sandwich and I would pay the difference. Got made fun of by the staff saying "she couldn't handle the sandwich, just ring her up for whatever". She rung me up and told me she'd cancel the past order I paid for so I wouldn't be charged twice. Surprise: I was charged twice. I ended up paying almost $70 for 2 sandwiches that made us both sick and got to be berated by the staff for not liking a sandwich. Called to remedy this and got told "we're in a lunch rush, what do you want?" upon answering. No thanks, I'll just make sandwiches at home now.
