I really like the people at this Jimmy John's, but these days Jimmy John's is by far the biggest rip-off all sandwich shops. It's more than $1 for each inch! Out of control price gouging!!

Yiiikes. Horrible management. Really, really bad customer service. The headquarters definitely need to check this location out. When we requested peppers on only half the sandwich the manager starts putting extra all over it and starts getting extremely angry!

Freaky fast just like they advertise. This is our go to for Subs. We like the chewy bread and simplicity of the sandwiches. The food is always fresh. We always get the same sandwich. I appreciate that it is always made the same (regardless of the location or person who makes it).

I waited maybe 30 min after I ordered outside. I clicked here on both the app and the email. I finally got an update that it was ready and when I went in I was immediately met with rude hostility it felt like. The excuse being we just had a big group come in. I get it I do, it’s hot and a big group would send me over the edge. I just don’t get why I would be getting an attitude when I just got in there? Would not go here again.

I placed an online order through the app. Was notified that my order was ready to pick up and it took me five minutes to get to the restaurant. When I walked into the restaurant, there was nothing on the shelf so I went to the register to inquire. There was one employee behind the counter, but he was busy refilling condiments, and made no attempt to address my needs. After several minutes, I finally walked over to the pick up window and picked up my sandwich. The employee yelled at me for intruding on his space. I explained to him that I was informed my sandwich was ready to pick up. He invited me never to purchase from Jimmy John’s again. I am sure I can avoid that Jimmy John’s in the future!
