Braelyn is the man! He was incredibly polite throughout the whole experience and made sure my sandwich was top notch with his recommendations. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at Jimmy John’s. Great customer service and a super friendly attitude definitely coming back!

Got a #2 slim. The bread - the literal thing that defines your brand, was hard. Like it had sat out for hours. First and last time i get food from there. Do better.
